Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The claims made by Dirt Cheap Landscaping Maintenance are and without meritAllegations of electronic threats made by me can/will be proven and fabricated by any computer forensics
In fact, the business has made electronic threats to me from a number they previously used to conduct business, but now deny it is used for this purpose, or owned by someone elseProper evidence has been collected to prove this and reported to the authorities as evidence
It has been verified by the State of Oregon that the business in question was in fact NOT LICENSED PROPERLY to perform the duties listed in the contract
A claim for damages which occurred at the job site has already been filed with the proper authorities
Further interaction with the business and/or business owner (other than a refund) is not desiredThe company lacks integrity, transparency, and displays dishonesty on several levels

Dirt Cheap Landscaping (DCLM) is in fact properly insuredA copy of the insurance certificate was hand delivered with the contractDCLM is not required to have a CCB license and only a LCB license if the job is in excess of the statutory minimums, which at the time of billing was not
Customer never made any claim whatsoever about any damages and in the contract we are not liable for inconsequential damages due to a previous existing condition or done by a third partyThis is the first notice we have received about any damamges whatsoeverIf customer feel that have a claim, please contact us at [email protected] and provide as much detail, including pictures, as you canWe will review your claim and process it in accordance to Oregon lawThe job was delayed due to no fault of our ownThe owner had hospitalized and you were promptly advised of this and raised no issue whatsoever until you fired our services via emailAt that point, we billed you for the hours worked up until that point and expenses according to your contractual agreementIm sorry that you "feel" like only $worth of work was doneI investigated this matter to make sure you were billed appropriately and you wereIn fact, there is still an outstanding balance that is in the process of being sent to collectionsYour accusations of threats from any DCLM staff or representstive to you are unfoundedHowever, It was relayed to me that you were calling a staff members daughter making demands and threatsThere is no evidence to support your being threatened from our businessCalls are loggedIf you coukd please provide me with the times, dates, and numbers called or received from, I will reinvestigate this matterUntil then, your accusatikns have no meritI am terribly sorry for your experience with our company and truly wish you the best in the futureAs with all reviews, we appreciate any input from our customers
