But not saying he did because I didn't see him do it. I did the best I could do. The he got really mean about it I told him I was done.

First off he did sell me it even if it was another persons.He said it was a great bike and that he would check it out and make oil change and get it ready for the road.So I bought it and no sooner than I got it home we started smelling gas so I found leak on tank also always had to hold choke out till it warmed up.So I took it back and told him. He said he would take care of it.And so that is where my original complaint is.I never said he welded it he had someone else put something in tank to seal it.But besides all that he is a cycle repair shop a business that I thought I could trust as I took it back to him and gave him 4 chances telling me each time they changed an o-ring or intake gasket or the metering rod but each time the same problem was there.So after the 4th time they called saying it was done and I went to get it,and the problem was still there after his suppose to be certified mechanic fixed it.I told him we were done,and it was as calm as it could be!He even rode it around the block the last time and agreed it still had problem but he didn't know what else to do.And him even trying to say I am resetting something is insane.If I could work on my own Harley I wouldn't be here now and definitely wouldn't have taken it to his shop.And it was at his shop most of the summer it left first time but I brought it back next day then each time he called it would backfire right there in front of him and him saying oh well that didn't work lets try something different so I left it again and again till the forth time.All I am seeking in original complaint is my 616.52 back since he could not fix it.Just send me a check in the mail PLEASE

He has had the bike 4 other times and didn't fix the problem.The whole purpose of filing this complaint is to get my money back for what he couldn't fix.Will this get my money back or not! We went back and forth more than 4 times to try to resolve this and he could not.
