This job showed concerns from the start the tech tested the carpet and expressed his concerns but the customer liked the tested area and like the fact that the germs and urine could be removed and gave the go ahead to do the job, also pay the bill and signed the 100% Satisfaction invoice We never ever use residue attracting chemicals in our cleaning process but for a special unusual stains it does require specialty prespotsNever ever has Acetone been on a Dirt Free Truck and no Tech ever said they were using acetone The carpet has permanent damage that our machines cannot fix this was shown upfront and after the work was completed and approved a refund was requested We will offer the customer the entire mark up back on the jobsite

I am trying to file a response on customer Id [redacted] The customers Name is [redacted] I [redacted] Tried calling this customer maybe times and only received faxes from himHe agreed to the rate and signed our 100% Satisfaction disclaimer We sent a tech out to check the rugs and the tech found the rugs lacking NOTHING in cleaning but offered to re clean with a hand tool over a larger tool, that tech prefers the hand tool but it does not make the cleaning quality reduce to use the larger toolThe customer refused re clean serviceI would offer the customer some future service he asked for if he returned my calls but he has not [redacted]

I, *** ***, spoke to this customer myselfI offered to go out to her
home and address the repairing of the carpet that needed to be stretched that
the technician pointed out the originallyI told the customer that our
cleaning process does not create inches of carpet needing to be repairedAfter
we inspect the carpet, if it is our fault then we would repair the carpet for
freeHowever, if the stretching of the carpet is caused by wear on the customer's
account then there would be a chargeIt is easy for us to determine this
because as said before, our process does not cause inches of stretching repairs
that requires cutting and trimming of the roomThe customer refused the extra
service and my assisting her homeThis is the last that we have heard of her

Dirt Free Carpet does not have a product that will bleach carpet .The carpet that was cleaned is a dark color and very old the color is wearing away with time .We can dye carpet but you can only go from lighter to darker we have no products to lighten carpet

I will call this customer today the 23rd and see how we can resolve the issue, what I understood was the carpet was tested and agreed toThen the job was completed the invoice was signed and we received paymentAfter that and a inspection by a near by tech is where we are so far

Background
We are a promotional products company that provides branded items for sale mainly to other businesses including ceramic mugsThe norm is for a customer or prospect to inquire about an item, submit their
logo, we provide pricing and other details for them to make a decisionOnce a customer places and order, we send a Purchase Order and art (customer's logo) to a manufacturer (supplier) that we work with, proof the product for our customer and with their approval, have the supplier complete the order. Thus, our customer recieves a finished product (ieceramic mug with their logo on it)
Case in Question
This particular customer contacted us about purchasing blank mugs, which we will sell, but is not the normOur sales representative discussed different mug styles with them and they settled on the one they orderedThey told our sales rep that they would be doing the printing (sublimated / full color printing on the mugs) and she (our sales rep) let the customer know on more than one occassion that we cannot guarantee that their printing process would work on the blank mugs because we have no idea on their equipment, process, etc. Thus, the reason that our supplier's provide a completed product. The customer at this point was comfortable with moving forward and ordered the blank mugs. When they rec'd them, their printing process did not work on the mugs as stated below and asked for a refund. Our response, was we are more than willing to provide a refund on the mugs, but they would have to pay for return shipping to our supplier. They obviously did not think this was a fair resolution as stated belowHope the above makes sense and certainly let me know if you have any questions or need further information

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have filed a previous complaint on 4/15/(#*** that was to be closed with a refund in partial payment however they (Dirt Free Carpet) didnt follow through with there promise to refund the extra charges they charged for of the chemicals and extra services above the initial cost we origanlly agreed to but the total charged was $plus tax with chemicals includedI am again asking for full refund since they didnt hold up to there end of the bargain and I feel that days is more than enough sufficient time to respond to the intial complaint and agreed settlement.I am asking for full refund of due to the fact they agreed to a settlement and didnt follow through within day time frame as agreed upon when this was closed on 4/30/at 9:pm

[redacted] sent a crew out on Sunday to clean the carpet once more and we were told all was well at that time . We are closed on Sunday but [redacted] wanted to get it taken care of so he had a crew go out anyway and paid them overtime .       [redacted] Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning...
