So lets be specific: Mr*** *** does not agree with Mr*** as to what he said he was willing to do in regards to the grill in question But that is another matter. Mr*** did send a letter dated May 26th, to our office in *** *** and
it was opened up on 06-08-2015, on a date which was the first possible date for me to open up the letter I have been working out of town I was going to prepare a response to this letter but before I could respond Mr*** had already filed his complaint against our firm with the Revdex.com He seems to like to write letters and make complaints Had Mr*** just called me I would have made arrangements for Mr*** to bring his grill back to our location along with his receipt and we would have issued him a full refund In his letter he specifically states “If you are able to buy it back at any price you think is fair I would appreciate it”.Maybe I should take him up on this and offer him $600? FYI - The first grill that Mr*** stated was not working properly was taken back by our firm and it is actually working quite well We expect this will be the case with the 2nd grill as well All Mr*** has to do is to call *** *** at *** and she will meet Mr*** at an appropriate time at our firms location *** *** *** *** ** *** *** and when Mr*** presents *** with the grill and his receipt or copy of his credit card receipt showing what he paid for the grill his money will be returned This offer to return his money for the Grill and Receipt will be good until 07-01- The offer will only be valid if the grill is still in good condition, which according to MrKrebs, should not be an issue Sometimes a well placed phone call by customers can solve problems quite quickly Had Mr*** called me at any time stating his dislike of the Louisiana Grill we would have come to the result It is the same results that he would have received from the letter he sent Only sorry, I was not home to read it, I was working out of town Mr*** letter of March 26th, is attached See item to resolve this issue!!!Thanks*** ***Head HonchoPhoenix BBQ and Grilling School***
