Dirt Works appears to be trying avoid fulfilling their obligation of the contract
On 9/25/18, I received an estimate to have some grading doneI signed the estimate and returned it to the company (Dirt Works) that same dayNo communication from the company as far as when the work would be completed so I decided to call...in fact, I have called multiple timesThe secretary states she will give the message to *** for him to call....after calling on three different occasions and never hearing back from anyone @ the companyI decided to file this complaint
