I am rejecting this response because:
Its simply not trueThe car wash damaged my vehicleI viewed the security footage and it was not clear enough to tell if there was damage or not

The incident took place on Thursday may 24th aprx 8:pmIts a red Chevrolet SilveradoThe hood of the truck was severely scratched from something in the brushes at the car washI have not yet been to have an estimate done but I can do that next week if neededThank you

I received today in
my office a letter you sent to one of our locations on June 25.? It was a second notice about a complaint filed against us by *** ***.? Complaint ID *** ***? We do not have a mail box at that location so I am just receiving this letter now.? It stated I had calendar days to respond? Also, *** *** called us from your organization on June and spoke to *** ***.? Mark gave him our side of the story which is that I tried explaining to Mr*** that we did not damage his vehicle.? I have security camera footage that shows we did not scratch his hood as well as you can see when he is driving out of our carwash you cannot see the scratches that he later has in the pictures he sent to me.? ? ? Mr*** told Mark that he would contact Mr*** and then let him know the outcome.? Mark has not heard anything back, so we were wondering how this turned out?? ?
