To Whom It May Concern,In regards to complaint# [redacted] Rob, Shipping Manager with Dirty Bird Concepts, emailed Jeff on July 28, attempting to resolve [redacted] concerns by offering to send him new black heat shields however, it was explained to him that he would likely experience the same issues Rob also offered to send [redacted] the chrome heat shields to eliminate the black ones all together but, [redacted] declinedUnfortunately, the black coating does not farewell on the hot exhaust pipe; therefore, we disclose that in our “Terms and Conditions”If [redacted] is able to mail the exhaust back dent-free with no additional wear and tear other than the scratches, we would be happy to replace the all-black exhaust with our more durable chrome exhaust at our expense.In other words, [redacted] pays to ship the exhaust back to us and we will pay to ship the chrome exhaust back to himIf he does not want to replace the entire exhaust, we are happy to revert back to our original offer to replace the heat shields onlyThis will cover a large number of scratches on the pipe giving the exhaust a cleaner look.Thank you,Leslie D [redacted]
