Dirty South Kustoms installed a lift on my Jeep WranglerThe lift was not installed properly and a bolt brokeI went to business and complained, stating I was concerned about safetyMr [redacted] took my vehicle to replace the bolt, while doing so he damage the rear bumper and right rear fender by backing into somethingMrs[redacted] admitted the damage and promised to make it rightI agreed on aftermarket pieces to replace the factoryWhen I went to pick my jeep up they had spray painted factory paint and did such a poor job I was not satisfiedI ask them to put my jeep back to its original before they scratched it and I was told it could not be doneI was given a eleven hundred dollar bill and was not allowed to pick vehicle up unless bill was paidI left business not knowing how I was going to deal with the mess theybmade of my vehicleI went the next day and paid the bill making it very clear I was not satisfied and Mrs [redacted] denied her business doing poor work and she also denied the initial damage

We installed a 4inch lift on *** ***'s Jeep , over one year ago We informed her at the time of installation of that lift that after mile to check all bolts and connectors to make sure that they have not vibrated loose She did not do this She brought the jeep in because the driver side steering stabilizer tie rod bracket had loosened and slipped after a year of the lift being installed The steering stabilizers are not a necessity but just make steering a little more comfortable with oversized wheels and tires We replaced and tightened the bolts and released the vehicle to her and in the process of backing the Jeep off the lift I hit the right rear fender I hit the fender high and on the top of the fender, putting a scratch on it It was hit in only that one spot We told her about it then and told her to take it to *** Body Shop here in Tifton and get an estimate on the repair *** told me that she "didn't know what I was so upset about because she was going to replace the fenders anyway, so don't worry about it." We told her in that case that we would take the repair price off the fenders and installation price She came back two to three weeks later with an estimate for the fender but also included was the price to repair the bumper as well We told her that we did not damage the bumper and that we were not going to pay for the bumper but would take off the price of repairing the fender She showed us a photo of what fenders that she wanted, Rock Climber fenders, which is a radical appearance change and is not a change that you can just take off and reinstall the stock fenders because you have to drill holes above the stock fenders and the stock fenders will not cover those holes *** spent over an hour with her trying to convince her that that was not a good way to go and that she would not like that look, and that you could not return the Jeep to a stock appearance, but she insisted that was what she wanted We told her again that we would take the price of the fender repair ($204.23) only off the fender installation She came back when the fender set arrived and we installed the rock climber fenders The install process requires removal of the rear fender liners and painting the rear underfender area with flat black paint which is what the instructions recommends to do because the inner fender wheel is not painted from the jeep factory When she came back to pick up the Jeep she said that she did not have the money to pay for the work that was done and we do not release a vehicle to a person unless the bill was paid in full, which is standard practice in most businesses especially in the present economic conditions and the present judicial difficulties in collecting a bill

backing into something. Mrs.[redacted] admitted the damage and promised to make it right. I agreed on aftermarket pieces to replace the factory. When I went to pick my jeep up they had spray painted factory paint and did such a poor job I was not satisfied. I ask them to put my jeep back to its original before they scratched it and I was told it could not be done. I was given a eleven hundred dollar bill and was not allowed to pick vehicle up unless bill was paid. I left business not knowing how I was going to deal with the mess theybmade of my vehicle. The customer had three services to his truck, 1.  windows tinted, 2. tool box, 3. spray in bed liner, 03/07/14 may have been the date.
The day after he picked up the truck he returned to our store and told us that there was a scratch on the tool box so we touched up the...

scratch,  which was hard to find in the first place.  He said that it looked okay.  He also pointed out an imperfection in the tint on one window, we could not tell if it was a scratch on the tint or the window.  He said that he would take it back to the dealer to check if it was a scratch in the window or the tint.  We told him that if the tint was scratched to bring it back in and we would re-tint that window.  He called sometime and said that he had found another scratch on the toolbox so we told him then to bring it back and we would replace it.  He never came back in so we assumed that he was happy.  We heard nothing about the window, toolbox, or bedliner until he called on Monday, June 23,2014 to complain about the tailgate coating coming loose.  We told him to bring it in and we would see what we could do.  He said that he wanted us to grind it to bare metal and we said that we would redo the tailgate but we could not grind it down to metal.  We have tried to respond professionally and respectfully to his complaints but he has not even come back to the store to get the toolbox replaced and now he has waited over three months to complain about that and the distributor will not replace it under warranty for a scratch that the customer may have done himself in normal everyday use.  He has not even shown us the bed liner and we don't know what condition it is in,  bed liners are not impervious to damage, usually any application problems show up immediately. 
He did not give us the opportunity to re tint the window.
He did not come back to get a new toolbox when it was still new.
He has not shown us the bed liner.
We have been in business since October 2003, and have been successful in satisfying the vast majority of our customers. 
We feel that this is a customer that is intractable and does his best not to be satisfied.

The toolbox was shipped to my father's business last week. Obviously they will ship one to me. I have attached pictures in the previous messages that show the condition of the bed liner. How do I know that if I bring the truck to you that you are not just gonna do another poor job like you did in the first place? I would rather another more professional business do the work on my truck, someone who treats their customers with respect and doesn't push their crappy work off as the customers fault. I spent a good bit of money with you, in late Feb an March and all I asked for was part of that money back. Due to the fact that the services I received were not quality. Why will you not offer a refund [redacted]?

I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] with [redacted]  and she will replace the toolbox through normal channels, which is through our business and I would return the box to my distributor.  She told me that she would not just send a new box to him. which is the offer we made in the first place.    Again,
I would have replaced the tint if it was defective.  We will inspect  and fix any defect in the bed liner.  This is my final communication on this matter.
