Worst place to work for. Owner is very greedy and makes you feel less of a person. You are very replaceable here. My grandmother past away and I had the flu that same week and all he cared about was how soon was I going to be back to work. Also when I got back to work I got yelled at by him.

Our customers are our #1 concern.  We work very intelligently to make sure that we provide the best possible service.In this case, we have been working with [redacted] and have satisfied these concerns.  She has changed her primary care physician and Blue Cross has told us they will pay the...

bill if it is submitted.  We have also explained to [redacted] that she can move out of the (Blue Cross) plan by choosing a different prescription drug plan that is required by Medicare where she is "Dual Eligible" with both Medicare and Medicaid.   Medicare is very complicated and [redacted] should rest assured that we will do everything for her possible to assist her anytime she needs us.  I believe both of her concerns have now been resolved, but if there are any other concerns in the future we will work tirelessly to assist her.  Carole J[redacted]
