and enhance the complainant's quality of life. My duty is to maximize the trust resources and to make investments that will provide an adequate stream of income to meet the trust needs. Additionally, this must be balanced with the purpose of the trust and that is to provide a higher quality of life for the complainant. There were times when I had to say "no" to the beneficiary when asked for a specific trust distribution and often, at times when this happened, the complainant was not very happy with me.

1. New furniture throughout the apartment,
a. She asked me to locate and arrange delivery of a bedroom and other furniture according to her specifications,
b. Additionally, she asked me to find a person to remove old furniture and to set up new furniture,
2. A computer,
3. A pet for companionship,
a. This has dog required obedience training and has led to regular carpet cleaning expenses,
4. Exercise equipment,
5. A camera,
6. Payment of the monthly cable TV bill,
7. Payment of the monthly internet bill,
8. A new car,
a. She asked me to accompany her when buying this car,
b. Pays for regular car maintenance, fuel, tires and etc.,
9. Concert tickets upon request,
10. Continuing Education classes,
11. A portion of the Trust used for investment purposes.
An accounting of this trust is being prepared for the complainant, the grantor of the trust and the new trustee.
