Review: The company replaced existing pavers at front yard with the promise of correct slope so water will run away from the house. At the right side of the house next to the neighbour's garage and few areas on the left side, the slope is not done properly which causing water run toward the house. In these areas, the sand started coming out.Desired Settlement: To replace pavers and re-seal problem areas so the water will not run toward the house.

DiSandro has called the customer back, again, and left a message informing them, again, that we will be out to address the matter as soon as we can. After the absence of patience and excessive phone calls from our customer, We again informed him that we have him on our schedule to address any slope issues. The customer failed to return our phone call. This has been, and will be, handled in a professional manner by DiSandro Landscape Group. All that we ask is understanding and patience to give us sufficient time to address the matter. If our customer has any need to further contact us, he may do so by calling our office. We hope this response has been clear and understanding.

As of today, the company haven't gave me a specific date for the repair so me and/or my represantative can be at home to inspect the work. Once work completed and slope is adjusted, I will gladly will close the complaint.
