Disaster Cleanup Services, Inc.

I contacted Disaster Cleanup Services, Inc. in [redacted] to ascertain whether or not there was mold developing in my basement. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pete and scheduled an appointment for Monday, September [redacted] at 6 PM. When no one showed up 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment, I called him to find out the status. Pete informed me that the crew was delayed so we rescheduled for the following day. The next day no one showed up or called to say that they could not make it. I contacted Pete the next day and he didn't give an explanation as to why they didn't show up or call. He apologized and asked if they could stop by that evening. I said yes and he said I will call you back to confirm if they could come or not. He verified my phone number and up to now I'm still waiting for a return phone call. It is very unprofessional.
