Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address the fact that I was delayed for almost hours after paying the fee when the person I paid had a keyT I was not offered a discount at the time of payment even though I came with my permit and proof that I pay through pay roll deduction for the right to park in the lot My co-workers who were booted on the same evening have not been offered the $because they weren't advised to put in a written request Another coworker who gave me the information claims to have gotten a full refund from a different employee of this same business.Please understand that we are not issued permanent stickers and sometimes they fall Some consideration should be shownAt least four people in my department have been booted with permits on the floor of the car Regards, [redacted]

T  I was not offered a discount at the time of payment even though I came with my permit and proof that I pay through pay roll deduction for the right to park in the lot.   My co-workers who were booted on the same evening have not been offered the $25.00 because they weren't advised to put in a written request.   Another coworker who gave me the information claims to have gotten a full refund from a different employee of this same business.Please understand that we are not issued permanent stickers and sometimes they fall.  Some consideration should be shown. On November 3, 2017 [redacted] car was booted because there was no parking pass displayed in the car’s window during the parking inspection. The boot removal fee is $100.00. Since [redacted] is a [redacted] we are willing to reimburse her the $25.00 representing the discount for [redacted] employees.
