[redacted] / [redacted] I take great offense to your statements in this email and can and will at a moments notice bring numerous people from the local insurance and restoration industry to counter your accusations you are haphazardly throwing my wayI take great pride in my record and reputation in the in property restoration industry over the last years as a truly honest and just individual who runs a top notch company with the highest morals and integrityA competitor made disparaging accusations against me to win a job a few years ago and quickly stated that he was misquoted when I challenged him with plus character witnesses As Sergio’s supervisor I am the one who asked him to continue to check in with you on a regular basis to offer our assistance in returning you property to pre-loss conditioning and to assist you with the negotiations needed for reaching a fair settlement with the mortgage insurance carrier These phone calls were never meant to be harassment as you stated and were offers to help you deal with the difficult arena of the property insurance claims worldThis arena is even more complicated in your situation since your original insurance carrier denied coverage and you were thrown into the spin cycle of trying to get your mortgage insurance company to step up and help you out in this dire time in your life of being snubbed by your trusted local insurance carrier We are and will always be the the best advocate for a homeowner in trying times and will always fight the good fight on your behalfIt’s unfortunate that you have adopted this adversarial attitude towards Sergio, myself and Disaster Kleenup as we could have been the best people to look out for you on this lossYes we are in this business to make money as all people who own and operate a small business are Myself and all of my employees are also in this business to help individuals who have suffered a tragedy return their homes and lives to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible and in most cases better than pre-loss condition I wish you nothing but the best of luck restoring you home and hopefully you can be back to pre-loss condition soonRespectfully,

I am rejecting this response because:I filled a compland with the Revdex.com on April 25,as to the way I've been treated by :DK" Disater Kleenup in Nampa IdahoAfter I gave them a insurance check for $11,for a clean up in my
home, a small sq foot home, DK said they would send people over to clean carpets-paint the house and clean the walls and ceilings of suet from a oil furnace that went south...All I got after a very long wait was some kids that came over and cleaned the walls and ceilingsThere were from two kids to four kids a dayIt took them a week at which they logged hrsThat was giving them hrs a day apiece in travel time from NampaId to Ontario, OrThey got here at 9am and left at 4pm each dayAfter several phone calls in which I was hung up on they sent me a check for $3,For hr, labor that comes out to $7400.That comes to about $a hourGiving the travel time, gas, use of a van, cleaning materials that seems like a lot to meI got a hold of the General Manager about that and that's as far as that wentIt seems to me I'm being over charged for the amount of work done hereThe only work that was done here were the walls and ceiling cleanup.Just a fair refund would be nice

Thank you When I meet with mr ***, he gave me a task of trimming trees and laying some sod and soil We completed that and received payment Later I received a call from him requesting somd more work stating that it was in our agreement I sent someone to trim the ivy as
best as I could without incurring an extra charge We have given him a receipt but we will b glad to re issue him one more. Sincerely ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I stand by my initial complaint regarding lack of services rendered and that Sergio was harassing me . Literally telling me he would put a lean on my property if I did not pay even though I had received a bill on Friday and this conversation happened Monday. Them turning around and saying he wanted the comtract. Yea, you don't threaten someone then ask to have a contract... At this time I have been advised to no longer communicate with DKI staff and my insurance company will work with them directly.
