Review: I had submitted a prior claim and put the wrong last name for the sales person. Correct name should be [redacted]. I had water and fire damage and Disaster Technology showed up. They did incomplete and inferior work. The insurance has paid a portion of it and the mortgage company is holding part of the payment pending completion of work. The company is threatening a lien on my property.Desired Settlement: Would like to be credited for services not completed or not being done correctly and also fees charged to the insurance company of work that was never done.
