Disc Makers

The customer complained that one of the 100 discs he ordered did not play in someone's automobile CD player. We asked to return it, or some other disc samples, so we could identify whether there was indeed a technical problem. The client refused. We then offered to take the full value of the order...

he paid for and apply it toward an order of discs made through a different process. He refused. We then offered to take all the discs back and give a full refund. The client didn't like that option, as he had already distributed a few dozen CDs. We believe we have gone above and beyond to make this customer happy. However, he has not been particularly helpful in allowing us to identify WHETHER there was even a problem to begin with, and has found all our offers unsatisfactory, even though we made them in good faith, offering to take product back and give a refund without knowing whether there was in fact a problem with the product. And the client's request that we refund all his money AND make him new CDs is unreasonable. We've already offered to apply the price he paid to a new order.

I am rejecting this response because: the case in [redacted] County Special Civil Part [redacted] is settled pretrial. I would recommend that the Revdex.com keep an eye on these shysters.Ps the response from Disc Makers is nasty, unprofessional and filled with non truths. Lack of training, lack of people skills, conceited, arrogant and living in a virtual world.  I would expect nothing less from this group of immature kids.
