I revoke my first comment. I will receive my order that I submitted because [redacted] turned around and made the transaction right. He said he will print the discs in time for my trip. What a stand up guy! Looks like it was all a big misunderstanding. I look forward to receiving my completed order at the end of the day.

As a part of our business, clients are required to submit the files necessary to complete their project to us. For the replication of an audio CD the client must either provide us with a ready-to-go physical master in the form of a burned audio CD, or provide us with the individual audio files...

necessary to create a physical master for them. In the case of the latter, there is a $15 master creation fee, and we provide the client with our limited liability waiver for errors with their master that arise from the master creation process - as a part of this we heavily suggest to all clients that they provide a physical master to avoid any complications. In this instance, the client provided us with a physical master for the project. The physical master failed to mount, so we informed the client of the issue with his master disc, and we requested a new audio master from him. The client instead chose to provide us with his audio tracks in .wav format, at which point the client was advised of our limited liability for the creation of physical masters. The exact text of our limited liability waiver was forwarded to the client’s email, which he responded to with his approval and acceptance of the terms. The .wav files were provided to us in the office, on a flash drive belonging to the client. Upon providing the flash drive, an employee had the client specify the folder and files to be used for his project, in person with the client. In the presence of client, the specified files were copied from the flash drive for our records and to create a physical master, and the flash drive was then returned to the client.Because of the issue with the client’s master, we provided the master creation service in good faith and at no additional charge to the client. The attached file "client-audio-tracks.png" depicts the summary of files provided by the client, unaltered from their original state on his flash drive, including the original names of the files. The last track did not have a track number specified, so upon viewing the full list of files it was determined that this was track 8, and was placed on the master accordingly. This was confirmed by comparing the track list to the track list on the client’s artwork for the project (see "client-project-tracklist.png").The clients complaint is in regards to:Track 7 "Give Up X Die Verse X Mack Baker.wav" and Track 14 "Runaway X GalloZ X Pheresum.wav"In the attached file "client-audio-tracks.png", the 'date modified' column confirms that no changes we made to these files after being attained by Disc2Day, as the dates listed as the last modification are "2/16/2014" and "5/4/2014" respectively. Both dates of modification are over 10 months prior to the client’s engagement with Disc2Day. Again, the titles of all tracks and files corresponded with the full body of the client’s project, namely the track listing provided by his artwork (client-project-tracklist.png). In no way did Disc2Day convey or suggest that the audio tracks provided would be listened through to catch any mistakes made by the client, nor could Disc2Day staff possibly be aware of what would be considered a file naming error as staff are not made cognizant of the subjective nature of a clients work of art. The client provided the files, and reiterated via email that those files be placed in track order 1 through 20 as depicted in the attached email correspondence between client and Disc2Day titled "client-track-direction-and-liability-confirmation.png". This email correspondence also depicts the clients agreement as a response to our limited liability waiver attachment sent in the previous email. Attached is the text of the liability waiver ([redacted]).In conclusion, Disc2Day denies any wrongdoing claimed by the client. Disc2day will not compensate, monetarily and/or otherwise, for the clients mistakes.
