Review: We had Discotto out to repair a 15,000 BTTU window air conditioner - Several hundred dollars with the instal of a new switch it was supposed to be repaired. Unit did not function properly - [redacted] came out again and said YES it was not working and then said he needed to speak with the manufacturer - From August on we have not received a call back to let us know what is going on We have been polite and courteous and in spite of multiple calls made by us to his office we have yet to receive a call backDesired Settlement: Would like to get it fixed
