I'm complaing in regrads to the poor repair job and lack of concern for the job. Customer service was outtrages.
I contracted Air Conditioning/Heating to do a job at my home. My Air unit was leaking because of a faulty drip pan. They installed a new one, whick worked for a month or so. The insurance company came to look at the water damge, caused it damaged all the sheet rock in the entry way of my home. A contractor was about to start repalcing the sheet rock, but couldn't an area was still wet because of the "New" drip pan thatx was installed by Air Conditioning/Heating. One of his worker came out on 9-11-2013 to check out the situation ,found out that the leak was cuase due to their installment. After contacti ng the owner he was outrageous with me, not wanting to explain the worked he had done on my home was done incorrectly, NOW REFUSING TO FIX THE PROBLE. This not how yoy run a business. Please investigate these practices. I'm quite sure if it has been done to me I wonder who else has sbeen involved. THA NKS FOR YOUR TIME.
