I called them and received great customer service, and an informative rep. That alone is worth gold in todays internet shopping world.
And they will ship my order to hawaii for free, which is unheard of in todays scamming world, where usually us hawaiians get totally screwed with completely made up rates.

Review: On the 31th of May 2015, I ordered a 250ml bottle of Microbial Munch. The product was on pre-order availability at the time of purchasing this product and could not be shipped out right away. It is now the 1st of January 2016 and the product is still on pre-order. I have sent e-mails 3 different times thru their website to cancel my order and to be refunded the money I used to paid for the product. When I submitted each e-mail it was stated that it would be sent to the Store Manager. I have not received any e-mail or refund from this company.Desired Settlement: I want my order to be canceled and to be refunded the money.
