I have done business with Casey for a couple years now. He is always on time and accurate.
After 10 years of dealing with AC repairs & replacements & feeling pressured and ripped off, I have finally found a company that treats me with respect. Casey responded to an after 5pm call & came immediately to check out my AC after I had been pressured by a tech who had come to do a semi annual check up & ending up badgering me about $1300 for a repair-even better $4500 to replace the unit. When I met Casey in person he was even more caring, willing to listen to me and even showed me and explained to me problems found in the outside unit. He did not pressure me in any way, and even said he could repair the unit & that I did not need a new one. His estimate was almost $900 less than my current company. He came on a hot Saturday and not only did the repairs, he fixed anything else that was problematic & explained why he had done so, & did not charge me anymore than quoted. This man is genuinely caring of his customers. He has a great smile, work ethic and is honest & trustworthy. My unit is now more quiet, more efficient than ever before, & I will never look elsewhere for my AC needs. I would highly recommend him & give him 10 stars if it were available!
Sunbay AC is making illegal telemarketing calls
Received telemarketing call from Sunbay AC today. Caller id indicated "Sunbay AC" along with phone number. Googled number and found it comes back to Sunbay. Verified on their website. Never heard of them, never called them, don't live in Myakka City. They have no right to call and are calling in violation of the TCPA.
TCPA allows for $1500 damages. I will settle for a check for $500. PLUS...they can remove me from their calling list, indicate where they got my information or number, indicate who they have further sold my number or information to.

lead sources are scrubbed from the DNC. I've never heard of the TCPA. We will manually take you off our list.

company called to apologize. they purchase calling lists that are supposed to be scrubbed of numbers on the Do Not Call list. Mine has been on the list since 2005 so the supplier is not doing their job.
We were very happy with the professional,friendly and expert service we received. Casey explained everything to us with no high pressure. We would definitely refer him to anyone requiring AC service.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Sunbay Air Conditioning. All was as promised; arrived on time, price was as quoted, no high pressure sales talk. I was treated courteously. This is now my air conditioning company of choice and I highly recommend it.
I had a Maintenance Tune up completed by Sunbay AC and was very pleased with the service. The tech was on time, Kind, Professional, Friendly and cleaned my system perfectly. He also fixed my Uv Light bulb. I would highly recommend this company.
Casey is knowledgeable and competent. Will be glad to use his services again when we have any air conditioning problems.
