Mr [redacted] called and made an appointment to have his windows re-tinted due to fading and we told him to bring the receipt with him on his appointment day When he arrived he failed to produce a receipt, which I have attached a copy of what our receipts look like, and became very uncivil and started yelling at customers in our showroom not to do business with us and grabbed his keys and left before we could even try to resolve the situation We have made two phone calls to Mr [redacted] , one the day this occurred and the second a couple days later, he said he would get back with us and never has

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
That is not how it happenYes, I called to schedule and appointment to get my problem resolved with my fading tint, and the person on the phone told me to drop it off in the morning, and to include the receipt with the keysNote: I place the receipt that was giving to me at the time of purchase with my keys in their drop box at 8:00amThe store was not open at the time when I drop my car offI received a call around 9:stating that I didn't have a receipt, and they will not be performing the service on my car, because the guy that tinted my windows did not work there anymore, and he was only renting space from themI didn't call the guy that was renting space, I called Discount Audio for the tinting serviceThat is when words went back and forth from me, and the person on the other end of the phoneThe last word from them was that they will not honor the paperwork(receipt) I supplied, and to come pick up my carI had to leave work with a co-worker to go pick up my car, and on the way there, I received a call from the new tinting tech., and he wanted to charge me $to re-install tint that I had already paid for with the lifetime warrantyWhy should I have to paid double, because you had a guy the was using your buisness to perform shady work, and it was covered under your warranty agreementWhen I arrived to pick up my car, everyone was giving me that blank stare like I had Ebola, or somethingI grab my keys off the desk, and yes I told the customer that was standing at the counter to watch what he purchase there, because they will not guarantee his warranty, and I left the place of business. The next day the Tech called me again wanting to charge me $dollars to fix the problem, because he said he know the previous person that perform the work did a lot of shady work, and he had a lot of people come in to get the warranty work done, and he wanted to make it right with meI don't blame the tech for trying to resolve the problem, but I will not paid to get warranty work done, because the owner decided to rent space out to someone that was also using the same cash register, and receipt/workorder to perom work thereHe should have told the guy that was renting space to use his own receipt/workorder form, and the owner should have also informed his customers that he didn't warranty the tint performed by the tinterThat was my main reason for choosing them to get my windows tinted, because of the lifetime warranty
