Review: I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle in February from this dealership for $1,100 Every time I had spoke with the dealership they said the warranty representative said they never received the money from the dealership. When I spoke with the warranty company ([redacted] they said my name is not in there system. When I spoke with the warranty company on July 1 2015 they said that they haven't dealt with this dealership for awhile.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I have been financing a vehicle for over a year now and only drove it for about 2 and 3 months. I got it last February and the dealership promised to fix the air conditioning, well they end up messing the engine up and was in the shop for 8 months while I continue to make my payments. Finally got the car this February but was returned back to the shop for more issues. Now I still don't have the car and they keep saying I will get it but I feel they believe since im lady they can get over on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the car that I picked out for my kids.

Review: I purchased a car June 8,2015 and the car started to show signs of problems the very next day. A few days later the car acted up again. I notified the dealership but I was told nothing is wrong with the car, that it just needed gas. At this point I decided to return the car to the dealership on June 18. I did not want to have to deal with problems right from the beginning. The owner Gene C[redacted] agreed to take car back. He returned my old car and he promised to refund my $6,599 By June 25th. I came back on the 25th and gave me a post dated check for the 30th because he didn''t have the money. On June 30th I went to bank to see if there's enough funds to cover check and I found out he doesn't have the funds. He gave me a worthless check and keeps promising that the funds will be available. I have lost faith and trust with the owner and his business so I am looking for further assistance to help me retrieve my money.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Discount Auto 1 1/2 years ago. I have an extended warranty with company every time I drop my truck off for repair he gives me an estimate time of when the vehicle will be done. Last time I dropped vehicle off I got an estimated time of 2 days. I dropped vehicle off Tuesday July 21, 2015. It is now Monday July 27, 2015 and he tells me he only has fixed one of the five things that need to be repaired. I do understand that under some circumstances repairs will take longer than expected but this is a continuous. Everytime I take vehicle in for repair I get excuse after excuse. I just called Gene(owner) and I was told the car MAY BE ready tomorrow Tuesday July 28, 2015.Desired Settlement: Finish the repair in a timely manner and because of the lengthy time he has had the vehicle pay for all cost of repairs.
