I am rejecting this response because: Your employee broke my radio and I have multiple videos where another one of your employees stated that my radio was working when I brought it inThe place where I brought my radio from can not be responsible for your employee breaking it You can replace it or we can take this to court.

This is in response to complaint ID ***. As stated in our initial response, Discount Auto Sound II is not responsible for customer's own merchandise. We guarantee our installation and is responsible for our wiring of the system only. This policy applies to all customers. We understand the customer's frustration because their unit did not work proberly, but we have no control over any system or unit that is defective. Since it was the customer's own merchandise that was defective, we decline to compensate the customer.Thank you for your time and please contact me if there is any question

we always provide our customers with excellent service.The customer did bring a flip out DVD unit to get installed in their car. They also brought their own parts and accessories. We charge $150 for our installation fee. We told the customer we guarantee our installation only. If their unit does not work, they still have to pay for the installation. This policy applies to all customers. The customer stated that the unit was brand new and to go ahead with the installation.Contrary to the customer's statement, the unit never worked properly. Our installation was done correctly. The unit powers on, has sound output, but the flip out plate of the unit did not fully open. This problem deals with mechanical issue inside or within the unit itself. We do not have control over that. We tried our best to reset the unit but it still would not open fully. Again we guarantee our installation, but have no control over any unit that is defective. The customer and her boyfriend became upset that their unit did not work properly and claimed we had broken it. They were the one who were cussing and abusive. We had to caff the police to come.In summary, we are not responsible for the customer's own merchandise. We did not damage the customer's unit or vehicle. In return, the customer refused to pay $150 they owe us for the installation fee and left the shop.Thank you for your time. Please contact me if there is any question.Sincerely,
