Review: Purchased a beauty product, the internet ad indicated item was free, just pay shipping and handling and return within 15 days. Exorbitant full price was deducted from my debit card in 13 days. I called customer service and was given a return # ([redacted]) to put on new package and to refuse it when it arrived which I did on March 15, 2015. I was told there would be a 30 to 60 day wait for the funds to be deposited back in my account. To date, nothing has been refunded. I called the same # today and it has been disconnected. If they are still in business, I would like my $85.94 back.Desired Settlement: My money refunded and their business monitored so trusting consumers like me don't get taken advantage of.

Review: I ordered a product online. At the end of June, when I was called to be told that my items were being shipped, the caller hurtiedly said something about being puton a recurring order. I told her I was not interested in that and to remove that option. She again hurridly spat out a number for me to call and hung up. Around the second week of July I received an email that was confirming a shipment and automatic payment!

There was no contact number on the paperwork that came with the original product. The shipping was very generic.

There was also no telephone number on the auto confirmation. I had to follow the customer service web address to find a telephone number. I called and was told it was too late to cancel and that I could not get my 149.95 returned. I called the number on my bank statement and it hangs up. It has no message or anything.

The customer services practices of this company leaves a while lot to be desired.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to my account. I am struggling and I incurred a $35 overdraft fee in addition to their $149.95 withdrawal.

On 6/29/15 I received an unexpected 2nd shipmt of the item listed which was clearly not 30days from the initial order date of 6/12/15. when the 2nd shipmt arrived I immediately call the company to cancel any further shipments and received and RMA # XXX. I asked the operator when could I expect the refund response was"once the item was received back into their (confirmation of delivery from UPS was on 7/6/15) warehouse" a credit would be issued. I had not received a credit on 9/3/15 so I called they claim there was a problem with my credit card to issue a credit to, so they would issue a paper check. called again on 10/26/15 operator claims that the paper check was returned due to bad address in their system. I explained to that operator that there wasn't a problem with the address when they shipped the product and was getting annoyed with all the excuses, she then said that she was escalating the claim and that I would see it in 2 weeks. Well I waited the 2 weeks and call again on 11/17/15 same story as the previous call. I waited an additional 2 1/2 weeks and contacted them on 12/10/15 spoke to operator #1025 She told me that she would escalate it to her supervisor and to wait 30days to receive the check. called again on 1/7/16 spoke to operator #1115 he told me that I would receive the check by 1/18/16. I told him at that time that I feel I was getting the runaround and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com. He said no need for that and again escalated it to his supervisor. My Final call was on 1/26/16 spoke to operator #0129 I informed him that I did not want to here any excuses and I was no longer waiting for a phantom check to be sent to my house. He said he would escalate it to the billing department, I informed him that I wanted someone to call before 9pm est before I file complaint no call was received.Desired Settlement: full refund of Item that was returned to vendor
