  COMPLAINT ID: [redacted]   CONTACT PERSON: JOSE C[redacted] TELEPHONE NO: [redacted] FAX NO: [redacted] RESPNSE TO COMPLAINT:   1.       The customer received what the customer ordered, new builder’s grade inexpensive Chinese cabinets and that’s the cabinet that was shown to her in our store. a.       The customer was explained before purchasing that the cabinet was an inexpensive cabinet. b.      The customer chose the cabinet from our display door that shows the same level of imperfections that she is unsatisfied with. c.       We have made multiple attempts to replace the doors the customer is unhappy about.                                         ...⇄ I.      We forward the images to the manufacturer for replacement, the manufacturer agreed that 3 out of the 8 doors showed manufacturer defect and were willing to replace them at no additional cost.                                          ...⇄ ii.      We unturned ordered the additional doors at our own expense.                                         ...⇄ iii.      The customer still found what she perceived as imperfections in the replacement doors.                                         ...⇄ iv.      We have attempted to replace the doors twice for the customer with the customer finding the replacement doors unacceptable.                                         ...⇄ v.      We attempted to meet with the customer at her home with a representative of the manufacturer in the hopes that we would be able to show the manufacturer the damages the customer’s cabinets in hopes to come to a resolution and the customer cancelled the schedule appointment hours before we were schedule to meet.                                         ...⇄ vi.      We at Discount Cabinet Corner still kept the set appointment with the manufacturer’s rep to go over her concerns.                                           ...⇄ vii.      We are still working with the manufacturer to replace the doors. d.      The customer made no attempt to return the items or to have them replaced before she installed them in her home, the customer chose to install the cabinets, also she did not inform us that there were damages to the doors until 1/20/2017 4 days after the cabinets were installed in her home, furthermore we were not given a list of doors that needed replacement until 1/23/2017.  e.      Upon the customer installation of the cabinetry in their home they have shown acceptance and possession of the cabinetry. f.        In our industry inexpensive Chinese cabinetry often comes in with minor defects, the same defects represented in the sample the customer selected from. g.       We at Discount Cabinet Corner make every effort to deliver cabinetry in the best condition possible from our vendors. In the event the damages do occur we offer the customer full replacement parts for any uninstalled unaltered returned damaged items. The customer made no attempt to return the items or to have them replaced she had the items installed without giving us the opportunity to replace the items.           Jose C[redacted] President
