ORDER SUPPLIES OWNER TOOK MONEY NEVER PRODUCE GOODS NEVER REFUND MONEY NOT ANSWER CALLS
ON MARCH 14 PLACE ORDER FOR GOODS COMPANY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT $6089.59 AFTER THAT NO MERCHANDISE IN TWO WEEKS AS PROMISE KEEP CALLING NO ANSWER SINCE THAT TIME AND NO REFUND FOR MY MONEY. OWNER HAS A CRIMINAL RECORD FOR SOMETHING SIMILAR
I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK
Customer purchased building materials through our *** portal. *** placed the money on hold due to the amount. Customer called paypal and complained they have not received the materials so paypal extended the hold on the money to protect customer. Customer requested refund because they never received the materials. It was explained to customer we can not send materials without payment. Paypal has fully refunded customer. we have copies of transaction history and refund if needed.

I spoke with the owner he said the vanity is on its way. I did not receive the vanity. *** will not return my phone calls or emails. I paid in full march 19,2019 it is april 5,2019 I told him when I purchased it I need it before 5th. He said no problem. I left him a voice mail to bring me a replacement until he gets me what I ordered and he will not return my phone calls.

Customer made and order for a vanity. The vanity was shipped and arrived on 4/06/2019. Customer was upset that the vanity showed up a day late. Customer has received a full refund and the vanity. We have confirmation of order submission and confirmation of order delivery.
The cabinet was NOT delivered. Of coarse if it was they would not have given me a refund. They do not answer my emails and voice messages. Dishonest owner. He stated"payment is needed before shipping", so I paid and still have NOT received item

I never received vanity, no one can get in our gated community without permission. No refund and no papers showing delivery noted. They will not have my signature for delivery as they never delivered. I do have receipt for payment thru paypal. Owner has my info. but will not respond to me. My contracter also can verify this never was delivered.
a representative of *** purchased material through our Paypal account, because the amount was over the Paypal limit. The purchase was put on hold. While the funds were on hold *** called and informed Paypal that they haven't received their material. That prompted Paypal to put an extended hold on *** funds. Shortly after I was notified by Paypal that they would be returning *** the funds that we never received.
