Discount Cabinets

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Absolutely terrible experience. It took a full three months to get all of our cabinets installed. We finally finished the installation ourselves because they simply wouldn't show up to install the cabinets. Several appointments were made, we took time off of work and they simply wouldn't show up or call to reschedule. Horrendous experience, please stay away from this business.

I Came here needing cabinets in a short period of time. I talked to a couple people and they were very helpful. They sat down and worked with me for quite a while creating me a layout and an estimate. I got my cabinets ordered same day without a hassle. All though there was a couple out of stock doors they notified me of the cabinets were delivered on time with the doors coming the following day. All in all very friendly and helpful people and I was satisfied.

I had bought a fix and flip home about a year ago and wanted to get matching cabinets for some area in my kitchen. The first time I used them they were ok and got me the cabinets in a timely manner. I recently called them to get an oven cabinet which they told me were about to go out of to stock so I ended up ordering it now. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday around 10am. I called and asked where they were and the driver said he got to the warehouse and it wasn't done being built and should be done after lunch. I called around 1 and they said it would be delivered between 4-5. The delivery guy called and said it would take too long and it would deliver it in the morning even though I was promised it would be delivered that night since I had my installer coming the next morning. The guy said he would get it to me by 8. 8 am rolls around and nothing. He showed up at 9 right when my installer showed up to start. From there they forgot the toe kick, fillers and extra scribe. This is on a Sat. I called the company and spoke with [redacted]. The warehouse was closed on the weekends and he said he will get it to me in the morning on Monday. okay no problem...Monday morning comes and I call at 9 am asking where my extra wood is...they weren't aware since [redacted] was not there. I didn't get the wood until around 2:30 pm. I asked for some type of compensation and they said they would get back to me. I haven't heard anything. If I didn't have to match my cabinets I would not have used this company and I never will again.
