Ordered a necessary part and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Three days later I get an email saying they finally shipped it! I contacted customer service and was told that they don't process orders on the weekends. Great, so ship Monday, right? Nope, "we also need 24 hours to verify credit card info". What?!? No other company does this. I have perfect credit and I paid with [redacted]! This was an urgent project, my car is in pieces! Would rather pay more through [redacted], at least you know it will get there on time. If not, they will make it right.
