Purchased from this Merchant one time in the past. At best, he honored a replacement for the wrong part that he sent, but the process and time it took were much less than ideal. We would warn prospective buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this merchant: clarify (put in writing)whatever communication you would have with their Owner/President, as he has the propensity to transact business verbally (by mobile phone) and is prone to erroneously present features about his product, such as accuracy of a warranty, and ancillary fees, as what happened between us recently. Moreover, he would be one who would find offense if a customer would ask "so many questions and be too aggressive" in pursuing valid questions about his products.

Review: Purchased an EKG machine. Weeks after paying with credit card it did not arrive. I cancelled item and received full refund. After canceling and receiving refund the item arrived after another week. The item that arrived was broken and only contained half of the required parts such that it would not turn on. Having already received a refund I inquired as to how to return. I was told that if I returned it I would be charged a restocking fee and sent to collections. I was told that if I kept it even though I already received refund I would be charged the full amount AGAIN and if I did not pay I would be sent to collections. I already received a full refund and do not want this broken product, but feel like I am caught in a scam where I will get charged over $2,000 if I keep this broken equipment and charged even if I return it. The owner, Mr Cohen, called my office and threatened my office staff stating I had to make a decision between restocking fee or getting charged the full amount, and that if I did not he would call Sheriffs office and state that I stole the item.Desired Settlement: I just want to give this thing broken item back and have the owner not make threatening phone calls to my staff. I don't want a restocking fee for an item that was sent to me after I had already received a full refund and cancelled it. I feel like I am being harassed by the owner, Mr Cohen.

I tried to place an order with this company on 12/10/2015 on their website. After putting in all my information, the transaction declined. So I went somewhere else. I received a phone call an hour later , stating their was a problem with the website and they had my information and would run my card. I told the individual that I placed the order somewhere. Then I received another phone call from "the owner" and was told that they would run my car. When I told him that I had placed the order with someone else, "the owner" stated they would told me charge me the restocking fee. I told this person that the order did not go through and I placed the order with someone else. I also told him that we would dispute the charge if he tried to charge the credit card. He told me that I would be writing letters for months if we disputed the charge. Very unprofessional.

Review: A case of electrodes was ordered along with an EKG machine. The electrodes are defective. I called the Discount cardiology and spoke the owner. While on the phone with him was put on hold EIGHT times and even disconnected once. I explained the issue to him and let him know that I did not appreciate the lack of customer service in regards to being put on hold so many times and disconnected from the call. His reply was "you know what you can do? You can get a different vendor?" He was very rude and had no desire to resolve the issue. After further discussion he advised me to send him something in writing that he could forward to the supplier. I sent him an email stating "Per our conversation I am writing in reference to the electrodes that we purchased from you on 11/20/13. As I mentioned on the phone once a package is opened the remaining electrodes no longer stick to the patients skin therefore they are not usable. We have tried to seal the package in a plastic bag after opening and even then they do not work. Please let me know what you can do to resolve this issue. If needed I would be happy to return them to you for a refund however I do not feel we should be responsible for the shipping cost therefore I would appreciate if you could provide me with a shipping label or fed ex account number. His immediate reply via email was "That is the nature of ALL electrodes. Once they are opened, they begin to dry out. You will need to do your best to keep them fresh. A zip-lock bag will help. This has nothing to do with the brand or the electrode being defective. You are going to have this problem with any and every electrode on the market."My reply to that via email was "They are in a zip lock bag and this happens within a 24-48 hour period. I have had many other electorodes that have been open for weeks & some even months at a time that work fine and are not even stored in a plastic bag. It is not the nature of ALL electrodes. He never replied again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount paid for the electrodes and if he requires them to be returned I would like for him to pay shipping costs. I would also like the lack of customer service in regards to being put on hold 8 time during the call without any apology, the disconnected call without any apology, the lack of willingness to even "hear" my complaint and the rude comment that I can "get another vendor" because I had a complaint about the quality of the product sold.
