I have been trying to get my washer delivered back to me for two months. All I've been getting is lies told to me and attitude.
I bought a washer and dryer from this place on May 19. It was delivered and about a week later I learned that my water pressure may be too low for the type of washer so I asked *** to pick the washer back up to be tested in their store to make sure. It took two weeks to pick it up and 4 days of me calling for them to tell me that the washer was working fine. After more days of "we don't have any more washers in yet" I asked for my original washer back. Weeks went by and I was told the washer was "on the truck for delivery" on Friday. By the next week of no delivery, I was told that the washer was "accidentally sent back to ***" (which makes no sense because it was working fine so they say) and it'll be weeks before I can get it back. After weeks of no washer, they finally send me a old, dirty washer to hold me over until I get my *** back. On July 15 I was told the *** did not come with the batch of washers they had and I agreed to getting a whole different set so I can be done with these people. It is now July 22...and I have not gotten it back yet and I've been lied to, ignored, given attitude since May because THEY are in the wrong. Please, never get anything from this place. They are so unprofessional and I have had to get a lawyer involved!

At this point i would like to end my contract and receive a refund from what i have paid so far since i do not have my washer

Ordered a $400 refrigerator. Was delivered a refurbished broken refrigerator. Store unwilling to resolve issue. Still having to pay regardless.
Ordered $450 black double door refrigerator with front ice maker in February. They delivered a silver refrigerator that does not fit correctly, with a broken ice maker. *** stated they were waiting on the refrigerator I ordered to come in. In April I called back, after not hearing anything. ***'s response was "we hardly ever get those in". I explained to him I wasn't okay paying for something I do not have and asked him to return and refund. *** stated I needed to follow up with the loan company. I followed up with the loan company who stated in order to do the loan you have to have everything correct you ordered the day you order and they would resolve the issue. July 28, 2020 I'm directed to another associate with the loan company after realizing I was still being penalized for the charges.

Refund or full exchange, as well as corrections to credit report.

I was sold a " NEW" washer for 699 . When delivered to my home ( after hours) I inspected the product . The washer has scratches broken pieces.

I had to wait to contact the owner of this business the next day because they were closed . I called and tried to explain the damages on 5/17/2020 the washer was delivered 5/16/2020 . The man proceeds to yell at me and cuss and fuss and over talk me not letting me explain what had happened he then says " I don't have time for the first thing in the morning to hear you bh about a washer ." I was very appalled by this treatment . I called the *** credit place that I'm supposed to pay for the washer they have yet to find a resolution also upon the delivery the guy told my fiancé the washer was " like new " I am being charged for a brand new washer not a refurbished one that is fraud . Today my father called the man he finally says he will contact*** . He also told my father I was here upon delivery and that it was delivered in a box with a wooden pedestal up under the washer . All of that is a lie . I wasn't here I was at work my fiancé helped the delievery guy unload it. My fiancé said it was not in a box not on a pedestal . He said it was just wrapped in plastic on the back on a pick up truck they brought it in and unwrapped it . I pulled up to my home as the guy was leaving this was at 8:15 . They man is arguing that the dirt in the machine is from***'S warehouse I find that hard to believe he says he won't let me return the washer or fix the damages or give me another one. I'm at a loss for what to do about all of this I feel like I have been scammed . An the man isn't holding up his part of the agreement . Also it was odd to me that he waited to deliver it when the store had closed . There are damages to the inside or the washer , the back is coming off the washer the top of the washer where the controls are is loose , there are black scuffs and scratches all over it . And there is black dirt coming out of the washer after I already cleaned it out once .

I need either a new washer or be able to just return it .

09/30/2019 I agreed to buy a *** washer/dryer set, front loader with pedestals. Their first delivery attempt(10/4) was a top loader (miscommunication). Second delivery (10/9)brought pedestals that didn't match the appliances and were not installed correctly as I learned from reading the directions after they left. Washer was/is badly out of balance and dryer rocks as well. Complaints by text and phone had no response to my issues. Repeated attempts to communicate and *** mostly shouted at me, over-talking me so that communication was nearly impossible. However, he insisted over and over again that these were "brand new out of the box" even though they did not appear to be. Finally they send the installer that already proved he did not know what he was doing to fix 1 pedestal under the washer. He brought the wrong color, it had a big dent in it, and he realized he couldn't get it under the washer so thought he could change out the corner grip but lost the nut inside the pedestal. Further communications and *** says he will come personally to fix it but has not done so yet. After using the washer and dryer so long while so badly out of balance could very well void the *** warranty. The original pedestals did not match the washer/dryer set. The installer OBVIOUSLY did not know what he was doing, scratching up my appliances, which I was willing to forgive until time passed and I had so many more problems with these people. I have tried to deal with these people nicely and nice simply doesn't work.

Desired Outcome

Replacement I have requested several times now that I now want them to remove their machines and give me my money back so that I can get the right set delivered and installed correctly from someone else AND enjoy full warranties with no question or doubt. I am physically disabled to the point that I cannot carry a load of laundry even through my house so I would need to have the new set delivered right away after Discount City removes theirs, therefore I would need my money back immediately as well.

This case was closed because we never received any information in regards to this case. Finally we get a written letter in the mail.

In regards to this issue. We have scheduled this customer for a service call since last month, but because she demanded replacement of the appliance, we had to wait until we receive the equipment before we can go there. We finally got her appliances in and she is scheduled for replacement on Feb. 26, 2020. The customer has already been informed about the visit date.

's office help, ***, called me to tell me they were ONLY bringing a replacement pedestal tomorrow. I fear this replacement pedestal may not match any of the rest of the appliance set I ordered. We will see tomorrow. Their installer showed me twice that he did not know what he was doing and in my mind, I do not want him here again, therefore my request WAS for them to remove all 4 parts of the set from my house and give me my money back so I could then get a definitely brand new set installed correctly. *** has assured me many times that my appliances are brand new out of the box, but they do not appear so. This is a terrible mess and I worry that this is just another stalling tactic to avoid doing the right thing here. I believe their inept installer scratches and dents these appliances when he loads and unloads them from his truck, IF they are not already damaged. I also worry that the length of time that this washer has been so far out of balance may void whatever warranty the appliance is supposed to have from ***. I just want a GOOD, brand new set of front loading washer and dryer on pedestals. I am 67 years old and hoped to have this set last me the rest of my life and now, I very seriously doubt that. I hope to update this tomorrow.

Unfortunately for us, we are dealing with a very diff icy case here, we delivered two new sets to this customer and every time she has something to complain about. She is about two and a half hours away from our store, we have been there several times trying to please this lady, but so far we got nothing but complaints. We will be there again today with new in box pedestals, and hope that she will be finally happy.
