Very poor customer service. Manager was unprofessional in trying to help resolve the issue! Was not willing to compensate for their error in any way!!I dropped off my dry cleaning at the [redacted] location, Bartlett,TN XXXXX location. One article of clothing when I went to pick it up was not mine. The one they tried to give me was stained and the label was torn off. The manager Stacey was unwilling to acknowledge she was at fault for mixing up my order. Therefore nothing was going to be done. They never said they we're sorry! Just wanted to give me the stained article of clothing and leave it at that. They didn't even reimburse me for they dry cleaning!!!Desired SettlementJust wanted my article of clothing back or at least a monetary compensation!

My uniform was supposed to have been altered; the work was not done. No one gave me an explanation as to why it was not done. On February 15, 2016, I took a black suit in for cleaning. This suit is a uniform, which I did not need to wear again until March 6. I also asked that the zipper be replaced again. I told the employee, [redacted], that it seemed as if the zipper had not been replaced as I previously had requested. I was experiencing the same (zipper occasionally getting stuck). [redacted] stated that the zipper had been replaced, but she felt that further alteration was needed - the skirt's seams may needed to be let out. I told her when I needed to have the suit back, and she stated she would check with the seamstress to see if the work could be done. [redacted] called me later that day to inform me that the seamstress could do what was requested. She also gave me the amount of the charge for the work. I agreed for the work to be done.On February 29, I went to pick up my suit. The alteration had not been done. I asked the young lady why it had not been done, and why no one called me to let me know it had not been done. She did not know. She stated she did not see a record that it was to be done. She stated that she would have [redacted] to call me. No one called me February 29, March 1, March 2. I visited the cleaners on March 3. [redacted] was not there. The young lady did not know why the work had not been done - said she thought it had something to do with the elastic. The skirt has no elastic. The young lady apologized, but the apology meant nothing to me. I was very dissatisfied with the service of the cleaners. They clearly do not care about delivering good customer service. As of this writing, I still have not heard from anyone. I am not looking for any results from Dryve Cleaners. I just called the Cleaners to get their complete address. [redacted] answered the phone stating that she could not give me the address because she is about to run a credit card through. I have checked the cleaners across the street. This cleaner has an A+ rating compared to Dryve Cleaners F+ rating.Desired SettlementI would have like to just receive a phone call with an explanation as to why the uniform was not altered, but I do not expect to hear from this company. I mainly do not want other customers to experience what I have experienced.

Charged for item that was not mine and when offered to back to them was told it had been cleaned no refund. I did not want it and did not OK The very worst customer service of my life. Never had anyone act so rude waiting on the public. Dropped off dress shirts to be laundered. When I picked up $30+ I noticed a rage like T-shirt with paint etc on it with my dress shirts. I asked what this was and was told it was my dry cleaning $2.79. I told the girl, (rude) that I had no dry cleaning & was not sure the T-shirt was mine. I said you can keep it. She said it was cleaned you pay and walked off. I would not do business with this place again. I been a customer for several years and sent family and friends to them but no more. I've stopped and I will trash them forever. Shirts are OK at best but, I would expect better treatment for long time customer. The blue T-Shirt with white paint is now in a rag box, never paid $3 for a rag before. Does not seem to matter that I had no Dry Cleaning order. The person was rude from the time I walked in the store. I should not have to pay for something I did not request to be cleaned, (NOT SURE IT WAS EVEN MINE). Offered to leave to T-shirt, was told no money back it had been cleaned. Hard to believe that your customer's are of so little worth. Desired SettlementIt's not the money. It is only $3.00 the owner should know how customer's are being treated. Tried calling but no one in the 3 stores I called seemed to know the owner or how to contact.

Refused to compensate after damaging my coat.November 7 I pick up my coat from the cleaners. the next day I notice the leather trim was damage on the coat. Monday I took it back to the cleaners and told the manager that it was damage. She first stated the coat was old. And they probably won't compensate for it. I told her I purchased it last year. And gave her proof a month later after hunting for the statement with[redacted] customer service agent.Dec 16 I spoke with her again and she informed me they weren't going to pay for the coat because they did not damage it.Desired SettlementThe price of the coat around $97.00. Since its over a year old,I would settle for $50.00.

Damaged new Jacket when spot cleaning stain on left arm. Jacket returned, proof of purchase provided & have not received a decision to replace jacketSuit Jacket was damaged when spot cleaning a place on the left arm. Jacket returned and response initially was this was due to normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase provided showing the jacket was purchase on March 1st of this year. Manager has turn information over to the district manager and it has been well over 4 weeks since this began and close to two week since I provided proof of purchase.Desired SettlementRe-inbursement for the jacket, taxes and alterations.
