My name is [redacted], I am the one that came out too your house to diagnose the situation with your system....

First off I want to apologize for any grievances this has caused you. I accept full responsibility for any & all damages thereof. In my diagnosis I found :
1, Your wiring harness per your ladder diagram was completely wrong. You have 3 wires from your contactor going to your capacitor that were correct. All other connections were wrong in every sense of the word. All connections too your compressor were spliced and wire tied too an excessive amount of additional wire coiled up in the bottom of your condenser. Even the belly band heater for your compressor was spliced and wired tied with the power wire from the compressor. Almost all connections in their current form would have voided any warranty offered by the manufacturer.
2, Your contactor wasn't wired correctly. The T1 load side was not even being used ???? I don't know what can even be said about that. That is not even lazy, its a complete lack of technical understanding all together.
3, Total cost payed too my company was almost [redacted] from my recollection. The compressor change out and gas " if warrantied" should have been around [redacted] as [redacted] gets charged all labor costs. For that I am sorry, we are under new management for a reason. On the flip side, a compressor change-out and gas if not warrantied is considered a catastrophic failure and would have costs 2-3 times that amount. It has taken me 4 days too work thru the ethical aspects of this situation. Your unit is in no way covered by warranty and I will be facing a lawsuit from them if I do not inform them a compressor was turned in by my company that was possibly under fraudulent listed conditions. Or,....maybe they don't give a [redacted] and it is covered. Either way, your far from the only customer in this situation. Nobody took anything from my business partner, the company took its stuff back and he was fired.
4, under these circumstances you are a customer that payed for a service and did not receive that service. I am responsible to correct this issue. Normally I would have been there and made those corrections at no cost too yourself of course. Even a discount on future based needs would have been offered. In this situation, I am afraid too even try. I am not even sure where too begin. Upon informing [redacted] about the compressor I will still owe them money. Trying too fix your system may or may not produce any results to your benefit. Running at a head pressure of 400 PSI for that long your system may not even be fixable. Not at a cost bellow what it would be for a new unit.
I would like to retain your business and put the money you have payed to my company twards installing a unit to correct and professional standards. I know who you bought this system from and I assure you , you were taken long before you called us. Any reputable company should have informed you of all this before taking your money to begin with. With that said, can you get a refund or a statement from a second company in addition to my statement and have that gentleman replace the unit ? I will even pay for the second company "anyone of your choice" to come out.
My Offer & Reasons
1. I refund your money and I handle [redacted] at no cost too you , But if [redacted] says its not warrantied then you payed for a new compressor and we installed it and the gas at no cost to you- this would only stand if we pay for a second company too come out and diagnose the system, at wich time you are owed a new system
2. You get a new unit and I install it correctly and call it bill payed , I give you a services contract at no cost too yourself with the next 4 maintenance "Preventative" calls at no cost.
3. I refund your money and say thank you for your business and I apologize , I will require written statements and a copy of your receipt giving too you on the day of the job.....At least the written statements. Ill take it from there

I accept their response and I choose option 3. I would like my [redacted] refunded by cashiers check. I would like this mailed to my address, along with any statement you would like us to sign. We will sign them have the notarized if you would like and return them to you. I expect this to happen within the next 15 days, if it is not, we will be forced to take the nest step.
