The driver Marvin reported to us he felt the buyer’s container unload site to be very unsafeAt the time both the driver Marvin and the Buyer agreed do to the hazardous site conditions to unload the container on the road where the condition would be safe to unload the container.Prior to the first container delivery attempt the buyer assured us they would have the proper equipment and experiences necessary to unload the container, which the buyer did not have when the container arrived The driver Marvin reported that the buyer’s improper container removal attempt on the road was about to cause damaging trailer the container was onWe spoke the buyer then and she lacked did not have proper equipment and experience to unload the container even on the road and the container would need to be delivered another day The rest of the buyer’s statements reaffirm that the conditions were unsafe and not as originally describe by the customer, nor did the buyer meet its obligation to have proper removal equipment or experience on for the container upon arrival The stop payment on the check was because the customer said she did not received the check in the envelop mailing to her by us mail which is reported to have been received via tracking number [redacted] prior to her Revdex.com complaintIt is now our understanding based on this buyer’s response the she would either like the second container or a refund for the seconded containerWe find her property to be unsafe for the standard delivery services which she had orderedTherefore, we will be re-issuing her a refund for the second container of $2,minus buyers past due invoice the total extra delivery expenses caused by the buyerHowever, if the Buyer agrees to accept a refund in writing for the second containers we will reduce the extra delivery cost she still owed to us by $to settle this matterThe Buyer will then receive a refund $1,If we do not her back from the buyer on our offer we will forwarding her a refund of $1, Please feel free to contact us anytime regarding this matter

The customer purchased containers with delivery to the locations with flatbed deliver servicesFlat bed delivery services is where the buy (***) is required to have equipment and unloaders at the container drop off site to lift off the container from the truck trailer and site the container on

When the first container arrived the Buyer (***) did not have adequate or proper equipment to remove the container of the delivery truck trailerAlso the location site for the containers was not as the customer had described prior to ordering the containers and was found to be very unsafe for standard equipment delivery After much time was spend by the Buyer (***) and her container removal team attempting to removal it they were unsuccessfulThe truck driver was had to take the container to a temporary storage location to have the container removed until a solution to attempting to have the container delivered later The was extra cost to send the driver to a storage location and have the container removed because the Buyer *** did not have adequate equipment to remove the container, which is a cost to the customer The container was eventually redeliver by a truck driver Red Trucking with a nonstandard flatbed truck and trailer because *** was unequipped with proper equipment to remove the container which cost and additional deliver fee which Buyer are responsible for the extra feeAfter the delivery the Buyer *** flet the Red Trucking driver took too long unloading it on her property (approximately hours) when deliveries normally take minutesThe Red trucking drivers said the reason it took them such a long time is because the container location site was very dangerous even with their nonstandard heavy duty equipment, just as the first driver report the Buyer (***’s) container site to be very unsafe at the time *** said she would be contacting Red Trucking about them giving her a discount on the fee chargesWe have yet to her from *** if the Red Trucking is will discounted their container delivery services feeIf Red trucking provides a refund of time once we reserve the funds we will refund that portion to the Buyer *** Do to the container site location not be conducive for safe standard delivery we were forced to cancel the second container order and refund the Buyer (***) her purchase money, minus the extra delivery expenses on the first container as a result of the customer *** not have a proper container site for safe for standard flatbed delivery service, proper equipment on site to unload container from trailer, and since Buyer was unwilling to make pay for the non-standard container delivery services of the first container or the second container We had refunded the Buyers remaining order money via check with USPS priority mail with the training number (95***59) which did reach the buyers address before the buyer contacted you at the Revdex.com about this matterAt this time we will cancel the first check and resend another to insure the Buyer does get the refund she we believe the buyer is entitled to under the circumstance of this purchase Thank you, Mary *** ###-###-####

We find her property to be unsafe for the standard delivery services which she had ordered. Therefore, we will be re-issuing her a refund for the second container of $2,000 minus buyers past due invoice the total extra delivery expenses caused by the buyer. However, if the Buyer agrees to accept a refund in writing for the second containers we will reduce the extra delivery cost she still owed to us by $500.00 to settle this matter. The Buyer will then receive a refund $1,660. If we do not her back from the buyer on our offer we will forwarding her a refund of $1,160.  Please feel free to contact us anytime regarding this matter.

I have I do agree to a refund from discount container for the $1660.00. I dispute almost evey comment in the previous statements from them. However I already have purchased and received a second 40hc container from another company and that is what matters to me now.I very much appreciate the help from the Revdex.com and now see why discount containers is not registered with you .Since I did a wire transfer to them to pay them, I wonder if I can receive my refund the same way.     Thank you.  [redacted]     reviewaed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
