Still waiting on a repair itemOn October 5, 2013 I needed a button replaced on a pair of pants so I took them into this establisment. I paid the fee to get the repair done and was told to return in 3 weeks to pick them up. Three weeks had past and they said that they were probably still being repaired. I have been checking back every week with the same answer - come back next week!! To top it off, some it thought it was funny that I had come in there to retrieve my pants. I may take legal action, so who's laughing now? Desired SettlementI want my pants back with no repair and my refund.
