Review: Ordered four boxes of Diabetes Test Strips required to determine sugar levels in diabetics. The cost was $114.. The order status on their web site says "Fulfillment Pending". I have left voice messages with no response. I have left a message on their web site. No Response. These are needed ASAP which I told them.They hit my credit card on the day the order was made, Nov 26,2013, My order number is [redacted].Thank you for you help.Desired Settlement: We want a credit against our credit card or, we prefer that they deliver the product we ordered.

Review: I placed an order for diabetic supplies, Order #[redacted], on 4/9/14, totaling $107.97. My credit card was charged. to date, the order has not been fulfilled. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times by email, phone, and correspondence to cancel the order and have my credit card reimbursed for the total amount of the order. The dates I have attempted to contact the company are: 4/16/14, 5/2/14, 5/7/14, and 5/13/14. To date, there has been no response. Nobody ever answers the phone and when you leave a message, nobody ever calls you back. Emails are not answered. Written correspondence is ignored.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order and reimburse my credit card for $107.97.

Review: Delivery problems and failure to reply to phone or email messages. It has been one month since the order was supposed to be shipped. The business representative claimed to have left a voice mail, which there is no record of in our caller id log. But he did promise the shipment would be sent out immediately. For the last two weeks, they have completely ignored all of my follow-up phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the supplies delivered as promised. In the meantime, I will have to obtain an alternate source, as my supply is depleted due to the delay.

Review: On December 5, 2013 I ordered some diabetes test strips from DiscountDiabetes.org and paid for the merchandise via credit card. I picked regular shipping which led me to believe I would receive the product in 8 days. After the 9th day went by I tried to contact the company via e-mail. No response. I then tried to call the company. The phone is on automatic answer and then sent me to voice mail. I left a message with phone number and e-mail. No response. I have since sent more e-mails, have called them numerous times, I left two messages on their Facebook page (both of which have been removed), and the one time I could get through on their "Live Chat" on their website, the chat remained open for about 3 minutes, then shut down with no one answering my questions. When I checked the status of my order, it states it is "waiting fulfillment". I have no doubt in my mind that this company is a scam and I have been ripped off.I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank to see if I can get my money back. I STRONGLY advise against anyone doing business with this organization.Desired Settlement: I want my $42.35 that was taken from my bank account on December 5, 2013.

Review: I had placed an order on Tuesday ,November 20,2013. I was told it would be received the following week by Tuesday November 26th or Wednesday November 27th. I did not receive the product. I called and left a message on Friday, November 29 and Saturday November 30th, along with sending an email requesting a return call to inquire about the items I have been charged for but not received. TO THIS DATE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13,2013 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOT A SINGLE REPLY NOR COMMUNICATION from them, in fact when I call I will intentionally be sent to voice mail.Desired Settlement: GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. PERIOD.
