Windows were crated and shipped to him on Jan 18. They should be arriving to him by now. He has the tracking #.

Service was completed by our supplier last week, which was on schedule at the time that the client submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com

Review: ordered windows 2 months ago have not recived them almost no contact from seller until a complaint through paypal and was told the windows would be done on jan7 have not heard a update its now the 14th I was tolld I would have them before christmas before that and a before that I was told Id have them the same week I'm tired of calling and calling and emailing all the time I just want a refund they say they cant cancel the order but also can't provide the product in a timely manner I either need the product with a big discount for the hassle or a refund to get it else where this is gone on to long local big box stores can have windows custom made in 2-3 days there is no excuse for the time this is taking. My neighbor had his whole house with windows built in less time than this order has taken.Desired Settlement: full refund or product at 50% off and I need it now

Review: I purchased a wood double front entry door from Discount Door and Window on 5/20/13. The door was not installed until 6/10/13. I started having issues with the door cracking and separating in early August and contacted the company right away. I did take pictures of the initial cracks in the door. I contacted to sales associate [redacted] in regards to the cracks in the door. I did not hear back from them until I sent another email out on 08/10/2013, and finally did received a response. [redacted] had told me that it was normal for the door to do this and that he would send someone out. [redacted] wanted to send out his guy to repair the door, without him actually viewing what was taking place on the door. He and I came to an agreement that he would send pictures of the cracks and separating parts of the door to the manufacturer and see what their recommendations were. The time went by for weeks and weeks before I heard anything in return, and I did not get any answers except with my perseverance. They finally came to repair the door at the beginning of October, 2 months from the initial contact I made to rectify the situation. I have contacted them again on 10/18/2013, because the repairs that were completed to the door are poorly done. They were supposed to send a person out two weeks ago and I have made several calls and emails to attempt to get someone out here to refinish the door as promised. I still have yet to get someone out to my house. Now I just want them to take their doors back, and either replace them with something that is not going to crack and have issues or give me back the money I paid and I will be on my way. If the Revdex.com is not able to help resolve my issue, then I am going to seek legal counsel against them. Review: Purchased new condo just over a year ago and one window developed leaks. Have been calling since 12/8/14 have left several messages with [redacted] and [redacted]. I have sent pics of damage and they have agreed it was under warranty however no one has ever called back.The only response I have ever received is from me calling them I have called 13 times and have dated and taken notes of each call with whom I have spoken with.Desired Settlement: fix the faulty window installed
