Discount Door Service

I have called their office phone number (520-579-9084) 2 times to request a copy of the invoice for the garage door opener that was installed at my residence on 11/13/2019. The first time, I gave the woman who answered the phone my email address (***) and asked to have the invoice emailed to me. I never received that email and it did NOT go into my junk email folder. I waited more than a week and then called back and the same woman told me that she would mail (USPS) the invoice to me. That was again, more than a week ago.
Today, I went to their website to try to find an email contact. I found the following address: [email protected]. When I sent an email, this email bounced back as "undeliverable".

We paid, by check, $420. to have a Lift Master garage door opener installed on 11/13/2019. I would like a copy of the invoice which was not given to us on the day of service.

I am very pleased with this company. *** did a great job replacing my old garage door that was over 20 years old. I would recommend this company, if you're looking for great service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff this is the company!

All I can say is this company has by far exceeded all of my expectations!!! Since day one when my garage door wouldn't close on my way to work at 7am 😭 *** was there to take my call... when *** the technician came he was so very knowledgeable and very efficient with his work. I was so expressed with the time and schedule they gave me. Being a single parent is hard enough knowing there's good people like these two gives me faith in our world again. I'd highly recommend this company to everyone I know without a second thought. Thank you for being the best!!!!! ❤

Failure to provide correct repair diagnosis and estimate. Incomplete/deficient repairs. Inferior customer service. Lack of responsiveness.
A garage door repair was performed at property at *** XXXXX. I couldn't be present when the technician *** came on 11/07/17, but I trusted the positive online reviews of this company. *** called me to let me know the repairs he'd make and the projected cost. I agreed to the charge, but the door was not fully repaired. It still makes a lot of noise and it appear that the system is being overworked. According to *** a part that was improperly installed in the past had to be replaced, so he would replace it for $40.00 if I called in the following days. However, a) this problem was not included in the repair diagnosis/estimate and b) the door had been working fine for many years. I figured it'd be more expensive to call someone else, so I spoke with "***" (520.579.9084) on 11/13/17 and requested the additional service. He said he would talk with *** and call later, but they did not contact us. On 11/20/17, I left a voice message requesting the service and I left my cell phone number, but "***" did not return my call. The garage door is still not working properly. Fourteen 5-star online reviews for this kind of inferior service appear suspicious now. I suspect this business is submitting fictitious reviews.
