Hired this company, fine gas leak Changed pipe-refuse to finish job took my money.
Complaint ID: *** The customer reached out about an issue with repairing a gas leak and receiving new shut off valves for his water heater and furnace. We sent a technician out to the residence to look into the issue and address the concerns of the customer. After looking into the matter, we spoke with the customer about the cost of fixing the issue, in which he agreed and service was performed. We addressed the interior gas lines of the home and also put in new shut off valves. The interior lines were shown to have small leaks in which we corrected and at the time of completion, they were tested and no leak was found after. We received a call back from the customer who stated that the gas company had come out and found additional leaks at the residence, and thus had shut off the gas. We immediately sent a technician out to address the issue. When our technician began to perform an in depth search for the leak, he noticed that the home was unsafe due to the large infestation of roaches that were inside. Even with this safety concern, he completed his work, performed a pressure test and noted that the findings showed a leak on the exterior lines of the home. We informed the customer of the leak on the exterior lines, as this would be an additional service outside of the original, and that it would need to be addressed to solve his issue of no heat. The customer then contacted a few days later to ask when the leak will be fixed and we informed the customer that the issue of the exterior lines did show a leak and we would be able to address that once the safety concern of the infestation was addressed. We have spoken to the customer multiple times about the infestation and have stated that we would be more than happy to address the exterior lines once the infestation was taken care of as we do not wish to spread it to another customers home, our offices, or the homes of our employees. -- Discount Drains, LLC3883 Twin Creeks Drive Unit AColumbus, OH 43204Phone:Email:
Discount Drains...Discount price, top quality service. They met and exceeded my expectations. I went with them because of all the people who came out to give estimates I felt most comfortable with Kaylen's attitude and knowledge. I was in an emergency situation for a water heater. I was going out of town in two days and they did everything the same day. It was also a no pressure sale. They gave me plenty of time to make a decision as I was calling around to get estimates. I let them know to go ahead and they headed here immediately. All of this and they just happened to be the lowest price. I don't normally go with lowest price since, you know, you get what you pay for right? But again, discount price, top quality service.
Very happy with the water heater quality (one of the top 3 manufacturers) and exceeded expectations on service.
Water leak under Kitchen sink repaired with new garbage disposal (repaired properly-good job) water going down slow in tub (still a problem) was never given a written estimate for me to look at and sign. The overflow stopper did not correct problem, was changed for part and accesive labor. I suggested to the repair man that I felt that the drain system needed cleaned out (he said no) water went down the same after overflow was installed so do not feel took care of problem
I feel being 90 years old I was taken advantage of!
