Consumer mentioned every time she gets her prescription some are left out. Consumer must have someone take her to the Drug Mart and she is a senior. The clerks gives excuse saying sorry. This is an issue because consumer is limited with transportation. She has to borrow a neighbor phone to order medicine

Our Corporate Pharmacy Supervisor has reached out to Mrs.. She did not answer, a message was left but she has not responded yet. She was on our automatic refill program then had some changes to her coverage and opted out of the program. The pharmacy fills her prescriptions as she calls them in but will try to work with her again to help her get her refills organized. Our Corporate Pharmacy Supervisor will to reach out to her again as well.
