A customer brought in three items to be cleaned on Friday August 22ndHe picked them up that evening He brought one piece back on Saturday the 23rd to ask us to redo it for himThe item was gladly redone for him on MondayIt was dry cleaned and inspected, and then done one more time to
have it look as good as possibleThe garment was well worn and had marks left by perspiration that we were not able to get completely out.
I was the person running the dry cleaning on both days and saw the condition of the robe before and after each cleaningI was and am very satisfied with the quality of our work and the improved appearance of the robe
I am sincerely sorry the customer is not happy, but I do not think there is any settlement due in this situationHe bought us a garment in need of cleaning and we cleaned it three times for him

In response to Mr*** complaint, we did as good a job as possible with his robeThe stains he has referred to appear to be water marks from perspirationWe cleaned the robe a total of four timesWe provided good service and quality work
I am sincerely sorry he is not satisfied, but I am not offering to do anymore to resolve his complaint

Consumer stated he was told they shouldn't have given the robe back to him in that condition because there were cleaning fluid stains all over the front and back. They still need to get out the cleaning fluid stains/discolorations.
