At first I was very concerned because of the Revdex.com rating and their facebook reviews, but after speaking with Hope I decided to do a little more researchShe quickly replied to all emails I sent and forwarded me a copy of their reviews from a third party website where I was able to see real time reviews of Discount Embroidery Supply instead of the seriously outdated reviews on the Revdex.com and FacebookIt was refreshing to see a business working so hard to repair their reputation and fix all of their past wrong doingsI also love the new staffing and can't wait to order from them again Also - I want to thank my granddaughter for helping me get this posted

I ordered from Discount Embroidery Supply on 9/1/ I really wanted the items that I ordered and have been waiting patiently for over three weeks now I used their web form to contact customer support a week ago and again yesterday and have not received any kind of response When calling their customer support # the only option is to leave a message They have not returned my call either After reading similar reviews on this site and others I doubt I would ever order from them again

Placed my order (spools of thread) for $i watched the order for days pending pending was all I could find, I sent two emails , no repond, I called got voice mail no return call, I placed the order 11/after sending another email to cancel they shipped it short, only got spools of thread but invoice has shipped complete including back orders! but took all of the $from my account, I at last got this on 12/3/2014, I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I mistakenly ordered products from this company without reading any reviews I saw that they take [redacted] and stupidly assumed [redacted] was a guarantee that I would receive good service I ordered $worth of products and used my [redacted] accountMy payment was processed immediately and funds withdrawn I never received any emails other than the initial one saying the website received my order Its been 1/weeks since order was placed and I still have no confirmation the order was sent I have contacted them several times and get no responseI live in Colorado Springs, where this company supposedly operates, so I asked that I come & pick up my order and still got no responseToday I filed a dispute with [redacted] Hopefully by using them I will receive my payment back Please do not order anything from this company and learn from my mistake and ALWAYS check reviews before buying from any online company

I placed an order for needed items on February 7th It was marked for day shipping After a week I checked the status on their site and found it hadn't been updated since the 7th I have since ordered and received things quickly from other companies, all while waiting on the much needed items from DES I emailed them twice, days apart, and left a message Today is days and still no reply in any manner I started my paypal dispute claim today and am seeking to be refunded so I can purchase my items elsewhere I found their fb page today and it is riddled with bad reviews Someone updates the page every few days, but no one seems to take notice (or perhaps care) that so many customers go unsatisfied

I placed an order in November I had to file a complaint and request for reimbursement with PayPal due to the fact I had not received my products in DecemberI received the smallest portion of the order and an email that the larger quantity was backorderedThey won't answer phones or reply to messages or emails and it is now the middle of February and I am still out with no bobbinsI will not order from them again or recommend them

I ordered from Discount Embroidery Supply on 5/25/2014, it is now 6/24/and my order still says pending and I have tried numerous times to contact them to find out why my order is still pending They took there money immediatelyI have called and they only option there is to leave a message and they never return the call I have emailed and they will not answer that way either As far as I can tell this place only steals your money I would very strongly recommend not to order from here Pay the little bit higher price if needed and order from a reputable site

I see this place is closing soon That is the only good thing about it I purchased things from them on April Right away they take money out of my account before they even know their things are on backorder No word about it I email and they dont answer back I return the items and they still don't refund my account I call and all you get is someone in Florida No way to personally contact them Even the local number diverts you to the Florida call center Just a shoddy, crappy place to do business and if they weren't closing, I'd never, ever shop through them again I have told my quilt guild members about them too and they won't shop there either

My first order some time ago was filled promptly. My second one was pending for too long. I called, emailed, no response to either. Finally received order. Now, 2 weeks ago I placed order. Still shows pending. I emailed - no response. Today I called and left message, though they never respond in any form. This will be my last time ordering from them. If they do not call or email me by Wednesday of next week, I am contacting my credit card company to inform them of this mess and I will take my business elsewhere - and have called my friends who have embroidery machines and told them never to order from this place!!

Worst customer service of a company I have ever dealt with. 5 emails and 1 phone call later, they finally returned my email. 3 weeks after placing my order I have only received partial, and am told may be another 2 weeks before the remainder of my order even comes in stock. Although they were very quick to charge the total balance on my credit card even before I ever received anything. Do not order from this company!

I made an online purchase with this company on July 22, 2016 for $202. They immediately charged by debit card. It is not November 7, 2016 and I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I have emailed them numerous times and have been told that there was a death in the family, the item is backordered and other excuses. I finally got tired of waiting and emailed them to refund my money as I have purchased the item from another seller. I have called their customer service line numerous times also and all you get is a voice mail saying they will respond with a phone call or email. They have never called back but do email with yet another excuse of why they cannot mail the item. At this point, I am convinced they are a very dishonest business and want to let as many people as possible know.

This a fantastic company to deal with for online purchases with their seemingly infinite selections. The prompt FREE shipping, tracking numbers, and emails are great for helping me keep up with all the orders I place.
