Complaint Information: To whom it may concern, We have fulfilled our contract according to the terms & conditions set forth in agreement customer received substantial discount in lieu of special offer advertised as she was indecisive in what she actually wanted at time of order & during installationFurthermore we did additional work at no extra charge for her in order to assist her in installing material she had provided to help keep her pet enclosed [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I received no "substantial" discount for the fence installation...I don't know what he is referring to*** gave me an estimate based on the footage of fence that I needed to have installed. The "free solar light post caps" were advertised on a coupon that I had received in a mailerAfter I had received it, it prompted me to call his company. After the fence was installed, *** said he would drop the lights off when he was in the areaAlso, prior to purchasing the fence, I had told *** that I wanted to be home while the fence was being installed because I wanted to unroll chicken wire under the fence panels they were being placed to prevent my dog from trying to dig under itHe said "no big deal"When the fence started to go up, he said it could be done laterWhen the fence was up, the installers ended up spending about min starting to place the chicken wire under the fence panelsWhen I realized that it would not be difficult to do, they left and my daughter (years old) and I put the wire under the panels and secured them around the postsHis guys did not do it! Let me be very clear that there was NEVER any discussion of anything "in lieu" of the solar capsI have also repeatedly asked *** for a copy of the warrantee for the fence which I never receivedHis response, needless to say, is very discouraging

I am most surprised to see Mark P*** and Discount Fence receive anything but superior reviewsHis attention to detail, fair price and craftmanship on the install of our fence provided us with a most positive experienceWe selected Mark and his company for our fence install based on the recommendation of two friends and they were the lowest bidder for the jobThis is a rare combination and I encourage anyone who is considering a fence to not hesitate to contact Mark P***
