Review: On 01/14/15 I purchased a B105 Queen ashley head footboard with rails box spring and mattress. I indicated that I wanted to place half down with set up and delivery. They offered me a discount on delivery and set up and balance payment would be in one month for the delivery when my daughter took ownership of her new apt. One week later I received a phone call from the establishment asking me when I wanted to take delivery. I stated that I would be in the establishment in one month to pay off the balance and take delivery and why was I being phoned now? the person laughed and hung up the phone in my ear. On 02/01/15 I entered the store to pay off remainder balance and set up delivery date and set up. At that time they could not find my original receipt and I asked why was that. I was assured that they would find it and keep everything correct. I received another receipt citing paid in full the number of the original first receipt. On 02/04/15 day of delivery I went into their main store and asked about delivery because of the situation of having to enter another renters apt to get the furniture inside. I was given the run around and then cited that delivery/set would happen. Delivery man pulled off citing that I still owed a balance and I had to go into the office once again to ask what is the problem. Set up for which I paid did not occur after phoning several times asking what was taking so long. at 8PM I phoned once again and was told someone was still coming. I did not receive this service. I no longer want to do any business with these peopleDesired Settlement: I am asking that all monies be returned to me for not completing the service that I paid for45.00 I am asking that the twin princess bed that is ordered B188 be cancelled and that all monies be refunded to me in cash the amount of 565.00. That they never send me any mailings and/or emails of their business. I do not want a store credit as for their business and professionalism is not what I desire when spending my money and I do not mean tax money as they indicated when I was in their store.
