I am writing in response to address Mr [redacted]'s complaint....
First let me state that I did not receive the complaint until a paper copy came in the mail to us on or around Dec 15th. It was not our intention to not respond to this complaint. Mr. [redacted] purchased a living room group, 2 extra long twin mattress sets and a bed from us at the initial time of purchase. All items were delivered in a timely manner to him with the exception of the bed which came in broken.
