I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I am not going to get the guardsman but I will pay to have the new one delivered and the damaged one picked up

Dear Revdex.com,*** Furniture has a parts only warranty....*** Furniture will not pay for labor...per their manufacturer warranty.........Mr *** has contacted Guardsman warranty concerning his warranty on his furniture approximately a year agoRecently Mr *** contacted me about the parts I ordered for him a long time ago and wanted to pick the parts up......He then contacted Tim E*** and said that he wanted Discount Furniture to order him some other parts.....Discount Furniture has ordered the parts even though Mr *** is out of year manufacturer warranty.Mr *** is more than welcome to call *** Furniture directly at ###-###-#### and ask *** Furniture to give him a new couch because he is not happy with the couch that he received that was made by *** FurnitureDiscount Furniture will not replace the couch per our DiscountFurniture contract. Discount Furniture has tried to help Mr *** get parts that he never picked up to assist him in repairing his couch. Discount Furniture apologizes that Mr *** has had a problem with his couch from *** Furniture but Discount Furniture does not make the furniture and we only sell the furniture and each manufacturer has their own warrantyI have included the warranty from *** Furniture in this emailDiscount Furniture has had parts in-stock for Mr *** for over months now from *** Furniture and he never picked the parts upWe are trying to aid Mr *** by ordering more parts for him even though he is out of the year manufacturer warranty termI am not sure that *** Furniture will send Discount Furniture more parts for Mr *** couch that is over year oldAgain, I suggest that Mr *** contact *** Furniture at the above number and talk to them about parts and replacement of his out of warranty couch.Thank you,Bill *** Bill S***

Hello Revdex.com,Discount Furniture offers a year Guardsman warranty inside our storesThe sofa only price on the Guardsman warranty insurance is $I am sending over two email attachments from the tear off sheets inside the storeI would encourage Ms *** to read the two email attachment sheets to see the items that Guardsman covers for their sofa warrantyI would suggest that Ms *** calls Guardsman and ask questions before she buys the sofa only warranty if she has any questions about GuardsmanI have provided the number below:Guardsman Customer Service Center Contact InformationPhone: ###-###-####If Ms *** had a future problem with the new replacement sofa than she would call Guardsman directly at the number on the warranty card that Ms *** would get when picking up or that we deliver her new replacement sofa to put a claim in with Guardsman directlyMs *** would NOT call Discount Furniture concerning any problems with the replacement sofa only concerning the Guardsman warranty .....Ms *** would only call Guardsman with any problems for years at their number If Ms *** wants Discount Furniture to deliver the replacement sofa for $+ tax or if Ms *** would prefer to pickup the new sofa at n/c and bring her other sofa back to Discount Furniture.Also, If Ms *** would like to keep her sofa that she has now....we have the new back in stock for MS ***.....Ms *** still has the remainder of her year warranty on the sofa and love-seat that she has in her house nowDiscount Furniture does have the sofa back in stock that Ms *** had asked us too order.Sincerely, Bill S*Again, we are sorry for any problems that Ms *** is having with the sofa, but we are very happy that American Furniture is providing a new time replacement sofa at n/c to Ms *** with no warranty from American Furniture on the replacement sofa onlyMS *** would still have the remainder of Ms ***'s warranty on the American love seat from her date of purchase

I bought the couch new, payed the same day, I don,t think the couch is new, when I talked to the store I had no idea what was wrong with it, I just assumed it was the couchins, the couchins do not fit the couch right, I,ve had to buy a board to put under them to keep them up, it all was told weeks after I bought itas far as the rip goes, with so many pillows we never saw it, and I did bring it to the stores attention, not a satisfied customer at all

Hello,I have talked to Ms [redacted].......Everyone uses their furniture differently and her cushions were braking in like  pair of new shoes....Discount Furniture ordered her all new faom cushions w/ fiber attached and Ms [redacted] picked up 5 pieces of cushion foam from Discount Furniture that...

American Furniture sent at n/c for Ms [redacted].....Ms [redacted] said that she needed new cushions originally and never mentioned the back until 2-4 weeks after she was complaining about the cushions taking a set....I have ordered Ms [redacted] a new back.....I expect delivery on the new back in 2-3 weeks at n/c to Ms [redacted]...American Furniture has been closed thru the Christmas week holiday.....American Furniture Manufacturing phone number is 662-489-2633 if Ms [redacted] wants to contact the American directly....Discount  Furniture does not make any furniture........ALL WARRANTIES ARE THRU THE MANUFACTURER.....Discount Furniture tries to assist the customer with their warranty thru the manufacturer....just as when Discount Furniture ordered Ms [redacted] 5 foam cushions ...at no cost to MS [redacted]....Again, Discount Furniture has tried to help Ms [redacted] and we have ordered the new back for MS [redacted]....Discount Furniture will call Ms [redacted] when the new back comes into the store.Thank you, Bill S[redacted]
