Purchased a sectional from this company the wood in the couch is falling apart contacted the supplier and said no refunds would have to sell the couch we bought and buy a new one from him. Tried to return it the day we took it out of the box because we noticed how cheaply it was made and he would not take it back. Couch is not even a week old and is already falling apart at the seams.

The customer came in and viewed/ sat on and tried out the display of the sectional that she was purchasing. She decided to go with a different color as the sectional came in two different colors. She purchased the sectional and added a matching ottoman with curbside delivery. The customer was also told and shown the sectional came in two separate boxes. The sectional she purchased was delivered brand new in sealed boxes and she stated that she was pregnant and could not take the furniture in. I decided to go ahead and take the furniture into her house at no extra charge. Several hours later she called and said she was having a problem setting it up. I offered to stop by and help her husband and while in route received a text that her husband had figured it out. One hour later I received another call from her father who proceeded to tell me that the economy sectional his daughter had purchased was not going to last because he said his daughter was a larger person. I asked if anything was wrong with the furniture and was told that nothing was wrong but they felt the furniture was not going to last. The product had already been opened and set up. The company policy clearly stated all sales are final. She read and signed the company policy. A copy was provided to her. The item does have a warranty on any damage or defects. The first time I heard of any damage to the furniture was an email from the Revdex.com. I tried calling the customer to rectify the issue and take care of the damage/defective items but I was unable to get anywhere with the customer because she hung up on me. The item that she purchased was the same exact item she viewed and tried out at my store.

The business owner contacted me this morning by calling me blocked which is super unprofessional as I do have his phone number. He then asked me what the issue was and I explained to him that he sold me a piece of crap couch that is literally falling apart at the seams and he tired to say this is the first time he is hearing of an issue with the couch which is not true my father did call the day the couch came and ues did explain to him the couch would not hold out family not just me and told him that the wood was also falling apart as they were putting it together. Not only were we not told that we had to put the couch together ourselves we were also not told about curb drop off. We sat with the representative *** for an hour who had plenty of time to explain everything to us but did not. And that is why Adam had to carry the couch in because it was on 3 seperate boxes and I'm pregnant and can not carry them in, had wr known that the couch would of been brought on a pick up truck in the rain and it was curbside drop off and we had to put it together we would have never purchased the couch. ADAM also stated that he couldn't get though to me during our phone call he also told me on the phone that I have "Buyers remorse" which sounds like u say that often I was never told of a warranty when I purchased the couch either until today on the phone. I feel as though we were taken advantage of and literally nothing was explained to us. Like *** was just trying to get her sale and she did and not only that I was so excited about this couch I had to remind her to charge for delivery and the ottoman which she had to charge my fathers card twice. This was a poor business transition from the get go I don't want this furniture ots literally falling apart at the seams and the wood is cracked and falling apart which was explained on the phone and 3 people in the house that day heard the conversation.

I was happy to warranty any damages of the product purchased. When I asked if there was anything wrong with the item I was told that nothing was wrong but they felt it would not last. Upon receiving an alert that I had to respond to a complaint that was submitted to the Revdex.com, I called the customer to rectify the issue but was told they wanted a full refund. I was also told not to contact them anymore. While I understand the customer concerns, I can’t refund an open item. I am happy to replace any damaged item with a new one.
