I do not understand why I have received this letterMr***' letter is worded very different from what he said in the store and what
happenedHe contacted us after having the chair for approximately one month because the wires pulled loose in his chairWe told him that it was no problem and that the factory warrantied the motorMr*** did not mind bringing the motor in so that we could order the correct motor, and we would obtain a new motor from the factory at no cost to himMr*** brought the motor in with the wires pulled outHe stated that he worked for a lighting company and would be able to easily repair the wires himself, so that it could be used until the new motor was deliveredHe was very happy to do it and was pleased that the motor would be replaced at no chargeWe ordered a replacement motor and it came in within daysWhen we called Mr*** to tell him that the motor was in, he commented that the chair was working fine but he would like to return the chairWe informed him that our receipts and invoices clearly state that all sales are final and no refundsThat is the official store policy

Lets be clear and acknowledge that I didnt own the chair for a monthI only owned it for two weeks when the chair malfunctioned and pulled the wires loose from the motorWhen I am sold faulty equipment at any place of business I expect the company to extend a full refund for the productI can see how a business would be very profitable if they weren't held accountable to their customers for the quality of product they are sellingDoes this take place in any other business? Furthermore, what kind of business relies on their customers to make repairs to a product that they purchaseI am employed at a lighting company as a production manager, but in what way does that make me qualified to repair a piece of furnitureI did manage to repair the chair, but at what cost? My time, my money, my toolsAm I to assume that MrR*** has no staff employed to make such repairs? I hope that MrR*** will do the right thing and complete the return transactionI only want what any consumer deserves, and that is a full refund
