Scheduled an appointment with DGD to complete installation of a self purchased door opener I could not adjust, and to inspect the door's operating hardware on 6/30/The business employee taking my information (very courteous and pleasant) scheduled an appointment for 7/1/between 8am-12pmThe tech made repair/rplacement recommendations for cables, rollers, & torsion springsWas not expecting such an extensive repair, but he showed me and explained issues with each itemHe did not sell me services/ parts that were not needed (the door is years old)Bottom line the door works even better than when new, and is quiet in its operationJob well done, money well spent to meNo surprises with the final cost, which came in as estimated

We have been having trouble with our garage door for about years We kept replacing sensorsThinking that was the problem On Christmas eve, our door went up slowly, but would not shut The sensor lights were not on We called DGD and got an appointment for a service call on Monday, 12/ It turns out our sensors were not to blame but the electrical board was defective We had *** come, gave us a price for a new Linear operator and had it installed *** was very nice, polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was finished We are delighted to have a door that opens and closes so smooth and it is so quiet Thanks, DGD

My garage door broke last night the 10th of Aug I called discount garage doors Inc today around am they were here at am Aaron Sfixed my door very quickly I was a little short I funds and asked them to come back on the 24th when I got a paycheck k he said he didn't want to leave know the garage door was open that long so he gave me a price that I could work with and they went out of the way to not only fix it but made it better then NEW I am so pleased I will definitely call them again

Customer service reviews are subjective, not sure who writes them or if they are employee generated? After a 5hr run around in a Friday with promise of 3 hr window on Saturday, same [redacted]! Girls call to say technician on the way, stuck in another job? You never hear from tech, even after Yvette promised profusely that the repairs would be made. When the time was not met on Saturday, Jackie offered 5% discount and reschedule? What's up with that? I mentioned I would make an online review and she was very dismissive! How much lower can they go anyway, on Yelp one star and no credidation from Revdex.com. You can't even waste your money on this company, they don't show up!!

I had occasion to have my garage door motor replaced today. It is an expensive procedure and I had concerns about the price and procedure. Your tech person, a young man by the name of Tyler Sawyer was the person who did the job. He was efficient and capable. He went about his business in a no nonsense manner but took time to explain exactly what was going to happen and how everything worked in an unrushed manner which I very much appreciate. Tyler is indeed an asset to your company, and you're lucky to have him in your employ. I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to any of my friends.
