I contacted Discount heating on late evening hours for a furnace breakdown As soon as they had my contact details, Doug called me back to enquire about the problem and quickly understood what the issue was and suggested I get the Serial# on the furnace so they could order parts first thing next morning Got a call 8AM following day confirming schedule and they came in and fixed the problem with new parts promptly by noonPricing very reasonable and overall good service

Our furnace stopped working a few days ago The service person came out from this company He figured out the problem, checked a few other things and told me what was required He seemed very accurate and everything is working as it should Nice job Will use again when needed

Very professional and good at what they do and they were done in less than a day for a furnace replacement with new gas lineMy house had a few unique problems (as most probably do) but they found solutions quickly and made sure I was ok with it first They were reasonably priced and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need (unlike some other estimates) I very much recommend them not only because they do a great job, but also because they just do what they say at the price they say within the time frame they say, something that doesn't happen very often any more

I am not big into reviews but Discount Heating just fixed my furnace I called this morning after waking up to a cold home Discount was fast to respond, find the problem and fix it They had what was needed on the truck to correct my problem The serviceman explained what was needed clearly, I felt comfortable with that The office even called to follow up on the service Long story short, Great service all the way around I will use again

I was having a problem with my heating system that was installed by another company I called Discount Heating because they are local and because the other heating company never called me back When Discount arrived they were on time and they called me prior to coming out Discount Heating found a small problem as to why my furnace wouldn't work but they did find a bigger problem with my cloths dryer The vent for the dryer had come off and was venting into our basement The service man had fixed it but I really am glad I called them Discount Heating really is concerned and really seems to do the right thing They have my vote Very reliable company

Called Discount because our furnace was going on and off more than it should.The receptionist,beleive her name was Kathy,was kind and professiomal.She had Doug get in touch with meI described the problem, and had me try a couple of things with the thermostat to pinpoint the problem.He came out and it only needed a gas flow adjustmentPrice for the service call was reasonable and Doug was friendly, professional and knows his stuffThey will get our service and maintenance calls, no doubt Ron M

My HVC has been repaired, replaced or maintained by Doug and his crew at Discount Heating & Cooling for the last yearsUnfortunately I can no longer use them as I have sold the home and I live out of stateI would recommend this company to anyoneThey have great customer service and always do what they sayI've never felt like I was being taken advantage of being that I'm not too familiar with HVACI really appreciate the way they treated me

I wanted to give a review due to the recent furnace installation from Discount Heating My furnace was installed last week and the job was amazing The installers were clean, neat and explained everything Everything went well as promised and my home is much more comfortable Thanks Discount Heating for a job well done

My experiences with Discount Heating & Cooling was very goodDoug and Brian came and fixed heating baseboard problem in less then hour replacing valvesBased on my experience will recommend
